帕爾馬亞-艾亞之家：裡維埃拉瑪雅的養生度假飯店(Palmaïa - the House of AïA Wellness Enclave All Inclusive)

Este hotel sin lugar a dudas ha sido uno de mis favoritos .Todo exactamente es perfecto ,incluso la comida que a pesar q el 95 por ciento yo diría de todo es plant based es exquisita ,así q si no eres vegano ,no importa arriésgate y pruébalo todo .La infraestructura ,limpieza ,el servicio .El concepto del hotel en general es excelente.Sin duda alguna regresaré porque realmente amé este lugar .Si estás buscando una verdadera escapada de relajación y detox total .Este es el lugar ….. !!!

Me encantaron sus experiencias Wow o de bienestar como fue el Dj apreciando el atardecer, la comida veganada presentada de una manera rica, saludable y creativa, sus instalaciones instagramiables y las clases de bienestar y su personal muy amable e incluiso el director del complejo, nos saludo de una manera muy atenta... lo recomiendo y sin duda volveremos 😊

El resort es muy bonito, su playa es increíble y el servicio de su personal, es excepcional. La comida es exquisita, si no eres vegano, date la oportunidad de probar de todo. Las actividades de yoga y relajación son muy recomendables, sus instructores, son profesionales.

En general todo es muy bueno, el personal es amable, las instalaciones cuidadas y cómodas, la comida es rica, solo hay un detalle, y triste, le dan más preferencia al turista extranjero que a los mexicanos 😔😔 y eso está mal xq además de que es incómodo, todos pagamos por estar ahí y merecemos el mismo trato.

Es el mejor hotel del Caribe Mexicano. Instalaciones en Magnífico Estado, Playa Limpia y Hermosa. Gran Nivel de Servicio, Filosofía en cada Rincon y Gastronomía Sorprendente, Una Gran Experiencia, Palmaïa, The house of Aya, Felicidades!

We have done a few all inclusive‘s in Mexico, but this one was by far the best! The food was impressive! We are not vegan, but tried all of the options, and they were delightful. Our room was very clean and beautiful, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The cabanas on the beach were great to lounge around. I have nothing but great things to say about this place!

Excelente servicio y atencion del personal, la playa hermosa y muy segura y los restaurantes estaban muy bien, especialmente Lek.

Tranquillité, intimité et nourriture excellente meme mes 2 ados ont préférés le Palmaia aux hotels précédentes. Nos guides sont discrets et disponibles selon nos volontés. Expériences des rituels bienfaisants, surprenants, aucune sollicitation pour y participer, ont est libre de choisir selon nos envies et notre ouverture.

This place is GORGEOUS, the food is amazing, the staff is incredible, and the accommodations beautiful....all that being said, the people that GO here that we encountered were some of the most vapid and rude people we have experienced. If you like a hotel half filled with Instagrammers and half filled with entitled and rude people that speak down to the staff, then this is your place. BUT please keep in mind this is not the resort's fault...let's see if we can fill this place with nice people!
