Las hab. amplias y acogedoras. Instalaciones bien así como su inmobiliario. El servicio de 10 de Carlos (recepción), Wendy (bar), Samara, Daniel y Nayeli. Lo único que cambiaria sería las bebidas ya q no incluyen todas así como su preparación

El hotel excelente para ir de vacaciones la comida pues muy condimentada de el restaurante internacional y el personal solo queda decir atención esmerada de cada uno de ellos Yhaneli,Rigoberto, Genaro, Guillermo,Daniel,Benita,Nayeli,Wendy, Yasmin,Julissa,Alejandro, Raúl cada uno de ellos atención esmerada y de la mejor gracias a cada uno de ellos por todo lo que dieron para hacernos sentir bien durante nuestra estancia

Las actividades son muy dinámicas, los chicos de la animación son muy divertidos, con una gran actitud y amabilidad. La experiencia en el Kayak y el catamarán fue extraordinaria; todos los juegos son muy divertidos. Felicidades a Azucena, Daniela, Shamar, Lupillo y Andy. Solo si pudieran mejorar el sonido de la música ya que de repente no se escucha bien el micrófono

The resort is an older resort and needs some updating for example in the pool area the Beach Couchons need to be replace they are a bit faded and old. The location is perfect if you enjoy walking to town its only 20 minutes to 5th avenue. They dont have elevators so just note that if you get the 3rd floor be prepared to do stairs, we didn't mind we enjoy stairs but for older folks

We have been coming go Fisherman’s for 15+ years and we love it. The people we meet are always helpful and happy. I am sure there are many more people behind that also deserve credit for everything being so nice, for example maintenance people, chefs, room service and cleaning services. From the moment you arrive and greeted by Marcial, we feel like we are home. Breakfast is always great with the variety of choices from made to order omelettes, fruits, vegetables and other traditional dishes. The lunch menu pool side is great too! The themed dinner menu is different everyday. The menus are Mexican, Spanish, Caribbean, French, etc… all amazing and have gluten free options as well. The people are the best. I am sure I have missed a few people but thank you to: Roberto, Freddy, Rigoberto, Carolina, Daniela, Daniel, Alejandra, Genero, Guillermo, Benita, Samara, Nayeli, Ingrid, Reyes, Alejandro, Anahi, Diana (concierge), Victoria. We also use the Spa on every trip for massages and/or pedicures. Thank you to Victor, Lorena, Liliana. There is a great local vendor that brings his goods… without the haggling that you experience in town. He is a part experience and part of our family after so many years, Marco! The best.

This is a small quaint hotel with lots of friendly staff! Food is varied and excellent and staff really go out of their way to please. The bar is a basic bar but very knowledgble staff like Alejandro will show you how to make typical Mexican drinks! Sports and activity staff like Azucena and Alma always encourage guests by name in all kinds of activities. They let everyone know what’s coming up and are ready to listen to feedback to improve things like add more yoga classes! I just love the ambiance and the beautiful views of the ocean from the pool or beach! Little jewel in Playacar1! Thank you for a great time Fisherman Staff!

This facility has great beaches and a nice pool area. The pool tile needs to be replaced. They need some additional umbrellas around the pool. Need to continue to update the furniture both inside and out. However, it was much improved since our Previous visit. Bartender Alejandro needs to work on his bartending skills. The drinks were lacking flavor and I don’t mean alcohol. He just skimp on everything and it was almost like drinking Flavored ice water.

Fishermens is lovely. It’s in Playacar Phase 1. It’s small and casual and its setting right on the beach cannot be bettered. However, the entertainment has been cut back. There is no longer a welcome buffet party, the sailing has been cut back to just 2 days a week and you have to be accompanied now, even if you are an experienced sailor. In addition, they have introduced a guests resort fee. So you pay more for less! It wasn’t obvious what you get for the resort fee. I like Fishermens but I would say its current management has reduced value for money for its guests. We tried the margaritas from their pool snack bar and they weren’t great. We couldn’t taste the tequila. My overall view is Fishermens is still good but has lost its edge that made it even more special.

Ubicación Excelente. Sobre el mar, en un barrio con seguridad privada. A 10 minutos de la 5ta avenida. Personal excepcional!!! Desde limpieza, recepción y mozos/as. Todos te atienden con una sonrisa, predispuestos y tienen gestos que nunca viví en un All Inclusive. Calidad de la comida excelente! Todas las noches hay un menú diferente. Todas las comidas son excelentes. Desayuno continental excelente. Muy buen gimnasio, con hermosa vista a la playa Playa hermosa, sin rocas. Con la posibilidad de usar camastros hermosos. Pileta para grandes, yacuzzi y pileta para niños. Personal de actividades para niños y grandes. Además de juegos para playa y de mesa para niños y grandes. Amambamos estar todo el día en el hotel. A las 5/6 pm ir a pasear al centro y volver a comer a las 9/9:30hs pm. Sinceramente, no tengo una sola objeción para dar sobre las instalaciones y el servicio integral del hotel. Ojalá sigan así, es ideal para familias y parejas. Si buscan un lugar para combinar relax, comer bien, y disfrutar el día. Les recomiendo 100% este hotel. Vuelvo a repetir porque es la primera vez que me pasa en 20 años (tengo 40 años) que no tengo una sola crítica hacía un hotel y su servicio.
