馬克爾利拉公園客棧(Hosteria del Parque Machalilla)

No podía pasar sin dejar mi buen comentario para esta hostería, a mi parecer es la mejor del sector, a parte de que nos dan la garantía de estar en un lugar seguro, ya que tiene salida al mar pero al mismo tiempo es privada porque tiene reja. lo que me parece importante en estos tiempos de inseguridad que vive nuestro país. Un lugar aseado y organizado, la atención al cliente es excelente, son muy serviciales. Recomendaría mejorar la comida, ya que no me parece el precio para lo que nos ofrece. Del resto, muy lindo, la infraestructura es nueva, por lo tanto es un lugar hermoso para vacacionar en familia, es uno de mis lugares fav, he ido más de dos veces al lugar.

Nos gusto bastante las instalaciones, la comida, el servicio y la atención. Recomendado y esperamos volver a visitarlos pero con mas familia y amigos porque es un buen lugar para ir en grupo

Limpiaron el hotel desde las 6 am con mangueras a presión que hacían un ruido terrible. La bañera tenía insectos, el encargado dijo q era x el sector donde están ubicados No valía la tv tuvimos que pedir varias veces que nos arreglen. No hay donde ubicar las maletas. Habitaciones muy pequeñas. Es un hotel caro para lo que uno recibe a cambio.

This is a pretty nice place with excellent security. The rooms are comfortable (except the beds which were rock hard) and clean. The included breakfast each morning consisted of a fruit plate and then eggs with some form of starch and a small portion of meat. The coffee was excellent. The main reason I can't rate this hotel very highly is their exclusionary attitude and basic lack of business sense. I had come to Machalilla to visit with my sister and her family who lived in town. When I asked if I could bring them to visit and enjoy some time by the pool they told me it would be $25/person/day. That price is not designed to cover the extra cost of extra people, but to discourage inviting guests onto the grounds completely. They were successful. I told them that the price was unreasonable and that I would not spend a dime more at their hotel during my stay unless I could invite my family to join me for meals or time by the pool. The receptionist said they'd ask the manager to contact me but he never bothered. Also note that we were the only visitors to the hotel for about half of our stay. Instead, we went over to the Oceanic resort in Puerto Lopez to enjoy some excellent food, drink and pool time with my nieces for only $3/person. My sister mentioned another place up in the hills that allowed guests for a similar price, so there are definitely better options when visiting the area for family.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond with their service. Nice air conditioned rooms with balconies that look at the ocean. The pool was great. Will definitely be back. The beach was nice to take walks on too.
