We had such a great time. The entire hotel is gorgeous, very clean, modern and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully designed all facing the incredible view of the ocean. Stand alone modern tub, comfy bed and fully stocked fridge. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Private amazing white sand beach combed and groomed. Everything was perfect down to the last detail

Everything was incredible! The initial greeting in the courtyard is so special, the spa and all it's amenities (make sure you get there 1 hour early to enjoy them!), the service is top notch, food is amazing, rooms and the beds - WOW - so perfect and the staff is very attentive and make your stay even more enjoyable. thank you for a great trip!

This place is pure magic. it's just what I needed. The design of the grounds and artwork create a unique and beautiful environment. While my favorite experience is definitely the spa and pre cleanse that goes along with it the true highlight is the warmth and kindness of the wonderful staff. I also need to rave about the extraordinary culinary wonders featured at the restaurants Itzam and Che Che. During the stay I didn't have to bother about a thing, solicitude is not on the agenda here, since the Guia takes care of everything you need and you can just relax.

Etéreo hotel is an exquisite hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations! The design of the whole hotel, the rooms, the restaurants, the 'cuisine'... every corner has a detail, all has been finely conceived for beauty and comfort. i would say that the place is a piece of HEAVEN! Congratulations!

We just needed a few days to get away and this was the perfect prescription. Beautiful and grounds, very well kept facilities and rooms were well appointed. In fact, we never wanted to leave our room! Honestly, we didn’t do much, but sit by the pool and relax. The service at the pool, and elsewhere at the resort was very attentive at all times. Everyone acknowledged us and made us feel special. Also, I can’t finish this short review without acknowledging our Guia, Jerry. He provided impeccable service throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back.

This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The property, the GM and the staff are all world class. The rooms are very large with privacy and extraordinary service. If you are looking for the highest luxury experience this is the place. Highly recommendable.

Fue magnifica la estancia, estamos muy felices de siempre regresar con ustedes. Muy rica comida y hermosas intalaciones. La cena en Cheche es muy rica lo unico que es importante considerar es la playa si a uno le gusta nadar no es tan nadable es mas para meter los pies y relajarse, usar el kayak y ver las estrellas de mar es maravilloso muchas gracias

They make sure everything is what you except it should be. Friendly, clean, attention to detail…. They even know your name! The blessing you receive on arrival and departure truly helps center you and ground you! You will not regret spending the extra $$!

L'hôtel est de taille moyenne, ni 'boutique' ni 'palace'... une soixantaine de chambres de mémoire. Mais vu la taille des chambres, cela donne quand même l'impression d'une grande structure de l'extérieur. L'esthétique du bâtiment ne nous a d'ailleurs pas charmé en arrivant mais une fois dans l'enceinte du resort, les aménagements épurés donnent une belle sensation d'espace et d'apaisement. Comme dans un Aman, même si l'hôtel est complet (ou presque), on a l'impression d'être quasi seul. Les photos jointes de notre chambre parlent d'elles-mêmes quant à son niveau de perfectionnement. Nous avons testé les différents restaurants ; la restauration est au top. La salle de sport est exceptionnelle. La piscine est plus commune mais nickel, la plage est un peu moins paradisiaque. Le service, un peu trop présent (à l'américaine), est néanmoins excellent. Un séjour dans cet établissement ne peut être qu'appréciable, mais les prix sont à la hauteur des prestations.
