普林塞薩港巴萊飯店(Balai Princesa)

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour une nuit de transit entre arrivée à l'aéroport et route vers le nord de Palawan, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette courte étape. Very nice boutique hotel. Only 5 rooms! All very roomy, nice amenities, and great service. We had the best massages. It included time in the jacuzzi and sauna. Staff is very friendly and the included breakfast was very convenient and tasty. If you are looking for a hotel that is quaint and off the beaten path, this is the place for you!

Had a great experience here, all staff were friendly and very helpful. Food at Lilian cafe was amazing and the room and facilities were outstanding. Staff were very accommodating with allowing us to use their shower and spa facilities after check in while we waited for our transfer to El Nido. Highly recommend.

Balai Princesca is an oasis in the middle of bustling Puerto Princesa. It is a five-minute ride to the City Center and Baywalk and less than 10 minutes to the airport. The decore is extremely serene and architecturally interesting. Everything is pretty much walkable but the hotel is very good about getting a tricycle at any time (80-300 pesos depending on the distance). This gem of a hotel has only five rooms. We stayed in the family-sized room (we were upgraded). It had two separate showers and four beds! For the two of us, it was more than spacious. There is a spa on the second floor where you can get a massage at a moment’s notice. There are three saunas and a hot tub as well. It seems counterintuitive to do a sauna and hot tub in the heat. But after a massage, it felt amazing and it actually made us feel more acclimatized to the tropical heat. The massages are highly recommended, particularly the 90-minute Balai Special and 90-minute Combination. The Lilim Cafe in the hotel is one of the restaurants in Puerto Princesa. Finally, the staff really took care of us. They picked us up from the airport. The final thing that made it truly amazing is that they arranged for us to have our 24-hour antigen test at the hotel for us. In summary, an amazing hotel with terrific staff, a good restaurant, and a spa to boot.

Although the hotel has nothing round it that you can walk to, the first impressions on entering were promising. The hotel reception was presented very well and smelt wonderful. We used the tea/coffee facilities in the lounge area but like the rooms, everything could do with a proper clean. The towels in the room were well worn and there was only serviettes instead of toilet paper. The staff were on their phones watching videos (both kitchen and reception staff) and had no interest in their jobs. We had an incident in the cafe which resulted in the staff coming out of the kitchen and laughing at us eating our food, which resulted in me leaving mine. Very immature and unprofessional. This is not a boutique hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. we'll surely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Keep it up!

Just only 5 rooms when stayed there. Adding more i believe... Good food at the cafe...bacon wrapped shrimp awesome......Had a jacuzzi & sauna which was excellent. Would stay again for sure.

Very relaxing and artful with the bonsai garden.

This place was perfect. Manager and staff were all very helpful and polite. The facilities include a spa and sauna which were complimentary. Best for couples who want a quieter and relaxing stay.
