阿拉阿米德民宿(Ala Amid Bed & Breakfast)

Service and location was ok, let down by room cleanliness. There was a big dead cockroach in the room and when they cleaned the room and changed sheets they left it there

I would like to say what a great B&B this is. We ended up stranded I. The Philippines during Covid 19 and thankfully this B&B stayed open even though there was only us and I think one other couple here. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. It was a very stressful time and they made us feel so welcome.

We stayed here for two nights as a base to reach the underwater river, and we were disappointed. The hotel forgot to pick us up from the airport which had been pre-booked, and once we were there the rooms weren’t pleasant and the sun beds around the pool were broken and dangerous. The third bed in the room was on top of the wardrobe which is just strange, and we had issues requesting more towels. There’s a very nice modern and clean coffee shop and hotel down the road called Summer Cafe, but other than that there’s nothing to do in the local area. There is a beach around 20 minutes’ walk away but it’s very much for locals. The hotel was completely deserted which is possibly a reflection of the quality.

Fantastic stay and very happy with the service. The room was nice and quite clean. The breakfast is good and the pool area is relaxing. The staff are pleasant especially at the front desk. The front desk staff are very kind, professional and always willing to help.

Online ad is deceiving. We checked out after a day and moved to different hotel. I wished to get a refund of what we paid for remaining 3days.

Spent two nights here after returning from an island hopping tour in El Nido. Large clean rooms with strong aircon, a reasonably sized bathroom, and good bed. Located in a baran*** away from downtown, there isn't much in the area other than sari sari stores and occasional street food vendors. Water cooler outside for drinking water, but the pool and bakery were both closed for our stay. Airport shuttle was quite expensive at 500 pesos for two persons.

They didn't have any of the amenities that were listed. No coffee and tea pot in the rooms swimming pool was closed. On site coffee shop was closed. And no breakfast at a bed and breakfast Didn't clean up the room or replace the towels.

Poor room service, no phone in the room. No bathroom tissue. Coffee taste terrible. No currency change available.
