El hotel está muy bonito, habitaciones amplias, tiene varias albercas, incluso una con sombra (aunque el agua estaba fría en casi todas). Hay restaurantes en ese hotel y también se puede ir al resort a los demás restaurantes, la comida estaba muy rica. Para ir a la playa hay que cruzar por el resort, pero está cerca, el restaurante que está cerca de la playa, tiene buena vista al mar.

El ingreso fue muy rápido e incluso me dieron habitación a mi llegada antes de tiempo establecido. En la habitación el sanitario no esta a adecuadamente limpio y la regadera estaba trabada entre la regadera de teléfono y la convencional. Se reporto y se reparo al día siguiente. En la alberca los camastros son insuficientes, y no están en buen estado, las sombrillas insuficientes. En dos ocasiones que asistí a restaurant de especialidad, no tenían los platos anunciados en la carta. Al día siguiente preferí acudir al área de bufete. EL Personal todos con muy buena actitud y muy serviciales, el área de recursos humanos esta haciendo buen trabajo.

El hotel está bien, la habitación me gustó es muy amplia y bonita, solo no dejaban suficientes toallas para las personas que estábamos ni para poner de tapete o secarte las manos. Pedimos que llevaran y nunca las llevaron. La comida es buena en su mayoría, el servicio me parece regular.

El hotel es bueno en general, las instalaciones son buenas, la comida es buena (podría estar mejor), las bebidas son buenas (también podrían mejorar), lo único que mejoraría es la atención del personal en recepción, consierge, capitanes de restaurantes y algunos meseros, ya que su atención al cliente es regular a mala.

Pésimo, no lo recomiendo es una lástima lo que fue Hilton ahora Hacienda Kristal terrible.
La habitación la entregaron a las 6:30 pm, sucia, olor a cigarro, no era la habitación por la cual pague, al mini alberca privada con cenizas y colas de cigarro. El servibar si lo terminas te lo rellenan con costo extra, la comida de los restaurantes es malísima y no te dan acceso si no tienes reservación (eso me lo avisaron ya que había pagado) te mandan al Kristal que era a un costado y está lleno de niños, en general el hotel descuidado falta de mantenimiento, con goteras, dejan pasar menores cuando se supone que es solo adultos. El servicio proporcionado por la gente de recepción es malo, te atienden de mala gana y no te solucionan nada. Definitivamente no regreso jamás

la comida y las bebidas son de pésima calidad, excepto el desayuno y el restaurante mexicano de la noche. En general es un hotel muy viejo que le hace falta mantenimiento.

El hotel está muy bien solo que tienes que salir para ir a otro hotel para alimentos y eso no está padre !!!! Porque el otro otro no es ni de la misma comodidad 😏
Aparte la comida es lo mismo de cena en su bufet
