Enjoyed the apartment in Old Vallarta! Having a few domestic amenities (fridge, stove, microwave...and truly excellent air conditioning) made the two week vacation that much more relaxing. The only suggestion I have is for the small rooftop pool to be vacuumed more often. I regularly saw them testing and chlorinating the water, but it didn't get vacuumed often or the cloudy water exchanged. Thankfully, the beach was nearby!!

Great location, affordable rates. Wifi is very weak so don't depend on it if you plan on doing any distant work. Apartment has the basics but you'll still need to buy/ bring essentials. TV could only bring in six half decent channels, most in Spanish, so load up your laptop/ notebook with downloads. Friendly staff and the location is just steps from the beach and all of the bars and restaurants of Zona Romantico.

El condominio está precioso; tanto las áreas públicas como las habitaciones son súper bonitas. La ubicación es simplemente la mejor si quieres estar en el corazón de la Zona Romántica del centro de Puerto Vallarta y por consecuencia, las vistas desde los balcones de las habitaciones y la terraza son hermosas. El servicio de los anfitriones es excelente; super atentos y amables. El único inconveniente que encontré: el WiFi. Es realmente malo. Sólo medio funciona (es lentísimo) en el área de la habitación donde está la cama. Entonces, si quieres trabajar o poner música mientras estás en la sala/comedor (que sería lo lógico y no cuando estás acostado) es imposible. Yo estuve de vacaciones entonces realmente no representó un problema para mi, pero para alguien que desee hacer una videoconferencia de trabajo o ver una película en Netflix, va a ser un tema. Ojalá que hagan algo al respecto pronto porque es algo que se puede solucionar fácilmente con un router; no sé por qué no lo han hecho. Yo estuve en el apto. 1303 y al acojinado del sillón ya le hace falta un cambio, pero son detalles menores. Otra cosa importante es que el edificio NO tiene elevador. Son solo 3 pisos, pero para alguien con movilidad reducida, es importante que sepa que si o si hay que subir y bajar escaleras para llegar a tu apartamento y/o a la terraza donde está la piscina.

Esta propiedad se encuentra muy bien ubicada, a unos pasos del mar y de muchos lugares donde comer. El lugar es tranquilo a pesar de encontr**** rodeado de lugares con ruido, realmente se puede descansar

I love this property. The location and easy access to the beach is amazing. Staff is incredible and professional. I been staying here for 4 years and come at least 2-3x yearly

The sliding door locked behind us. We were locked out on our balcony for 4 hours. We called endlessly to the apartments, and they never answered, then we called ******* a few times and no one would help us. We called down to people on the street and found one person staying in the apartments but she couldn’t find a single person to help us because there’s no lobby desk or security or anything. We had to break our way in. The next morning the lady said she saw we had called a bunch but she was having a bad night so didn’t answer. Then they wanted to charge us for the break in, even though we couldn’t get help and we’re stuck from 11pm-3am outside. Their toilets don’t flush, you have to slush 3-5 times to get it to go down. The beds are very hard and firm, woke up with stiff necks and backs. The refrigerator isn’t very cold and the AC barely worked. Would we stay here again? Absolutely not!

El personal es muy amable, los apartamentos son muy lindos, comodos y seguros. La tranquilidad y la confianza que nos brindan como huespedes es de lo mas padre. Super recomendable y por supuesto que volveriamos a hospedarnos sin dudarlo. 💕🙌🙏

Muy buen gusto en la decoración. Atención amable del personal. Buena distribución del departamento. Electrodomésticos funcionales. La dinámica de limpieza está a cargo del ocupante pero la administración proporciona los artículos de limpieza. Lugar tranquilo y en excelente ubicación.

Great location, good view, everything was walkable very noisy, but that doesn’t both us. Furniture was old and uncomfortable, only a tv in bedroom with no seating, patio chair are $8 Walmart plastic chairs and one little Walmart side table. Only an old worn out love seat , kitchen table and chairs were ok. Shower was go with lots of hot water,but limited amount of towel but mangers were go and accommodating.
