普爾曼Residence Inn飯店(Residence Inn Pullman)

The room was the best hotel room I've ever had. The amenities and size were incredible. I hope to stay here again

This is the first time we stayed at a Residence Inn. Our overall experience was Execllent. I loved the fact that our room had a small kitchen that included a stove, refridgerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, utensils, pots, glasses, bowls, etc. The only dislike was housekeeping did not come daily to replenish our facial tissue, toilet tissue, and empty out the trash. Housekeeping could have been short staffed. I understand. Housekeeping is a difficult job, everyone does their best. However, the overall experience was wonderful. I would recommend and will definitely book here again.

We arrived at 10:30 pm and there were no rooms ready and already 1/2 dozen people waiting in the lobby. They assured us it wouldn't be long but after an hour of waiting I got them to admit it would likely be another 2-3 hours at best. Totally unacceptable. Turns out there were 9 rooms next door at the sister property which they never offered so we ended up moving next door and were checked in no problem.

Terribly understaffed - and by that I mean excessively. The most poorly cleaned room I've ever seen at check-in, and we never had maid service while we were there. Our entire stay was a stinky dirty room. Gross.

The fridge was making a very loud sound all night and it was empty. When I called they said they would put in a work order. They wouldn’t accommodate me and move me rooms. I got no sleep all night. Very frustrating for a high priced room.

everything except my fall into the endtable handle was delightful. unfortunatley i had a fall into the ornimental drawer handle that cost me a significant laceration to my head that prompted a 911 call and an ambulance trip to the local hospital to recieve 22 staples

Really enjoyed the stay, room was bigger than expected and I loved having a mini kitchen with dishes and everything. Plenty of space, great breakfast in the morning. Property was clean and quiet. Only issue was the pool and hot tub needed attention. We used it late in the evening and someone earlier in the day (I'm assuming) had a lot of product on their skin which left a slimy residue on the surface of the water and yucky floaties in both. The hot tub was HOT which was really nice. Will definitely be back.

Great place to stay in area was quiet and very safe!! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!!
