RKPO 格林度假村(Rkpo Green Resort)

We had booked this hotel via our travel agent as a part of the tour package. There were limited options for Punakha and this had reasonable reviews. What we liked: Good location. Check in and checkout were quite fast. Connecting rooms were provided though not requested so added a bonus point for this! Staff is polite and helpful Property is clean Food is good. As it was off season and hardly any other guests, as we had breakfast & dinner in our package, we were provided with an option to select anything from the menu as there was no buffet. Food was tasty. Thanks to the chef who provided good food, we rated this resort higher. Its walking distance from Chimi Lhakhang if we walk through the fields Has great views of the valley What we did not like: Rooms have creaky wooden boards Property looks a bit dated Room heating could be improved a bit and bathrooms are quite chilly Water heating & water supply needs improvement Lastly, a point which caused us to remove a point from our review was that we had booked two rooms and one of the occupant was not well. So both days she hardly had anything for breakfast or dinner. To avoid food wastage we had even asked the restaurant staff accordingly and had limited food. But as the person was not well had asked for a couple of fruits like apple or orange, as the person was not in a position to even travel. So the hotel charged us even for that. Though we did not mind paying, as we have traveled many locations, first time saw a hotel charging and usually many hotels provide a fruit basket if requested without any charges.

顧名思義是綠色，本質上是綠色，因為外面是淡綠色。房間位於主樓外面和後面的山上，它們都是人們所期望的高級英國酒店，而且還可以欣賞到整個山谷的壯麗景色。房間很大，設備齊全，床非常舒適。他們提供的食物符合人們對這種品質的地方的期望標準。

這是一家相當大的飯店，風景優美。你需要做好爬那裡很多樓梯的準備。熱水只有早上幾個小時，晚上需要好好整理。在舊的開裂的木地板修好之前，該酒店不能被評為四星級酒店。步行時很難不發出很大的噪音，而且房間之間的隔音效果也不是最好的。飯店的工作人員熱情友善，但看到小女孩提著客人的沉重行李箱上下陡峭的樓梯，我感覺不太舒服……我建議廚房廚師提供更多不丹菜餚，因為在不丹，重要的是嘗試當地食物。

財產相當巨大且令人印象深刻！坐在您的房間裡，您可以欣賞到山谷和山脈的壯麗景色。食物很好吃也很好吃。店主（當地女士）非常友善和合作！他們在一樓設有一個面向山谷和山脈的擴展露台，是晚上圍坐在篝火旁的理想場所。

一間安靜的飯店坐落在山谷上方的山上。令人驚嘆的露臺（非常適合喝一杯葡萄酒！）、乾淨的房間和美味的食物！唯一的抱怨是熱水有點不穩定（通常是燙傷或結冰），而且無線網路訊號很差（唯一可以得到服務的地方是大廳）。

The hotel is made in a contemporary Bhutanese style but now in a bit of run down state. Though the rooms were big with good views, but the hotel lacked the hospitality quotient. Basic services in the restaurant were terrible with limited tasteless food options. Servers are not bothered about service, with food not being replenished well in time and despite asking for even a basic thing like water during meals, there was indifferent attitude. The hospitality industry is based on service / taking care of your guest which was totally missing in this hotel, which is unlike other resorts I stayed in Bhutan during my visit. Definitely, avoid food here even if you have to stay here.

The hotel was very average, mostly visited by big travel groups that are extremely noisy. The rooms are large but not well maintained. The floor in the room made too much noise and we could hear our neighbours. The hotel is far from the town. Our room had a good view of the paddy fields. The breakfast was really depressing. Dinner buffet consisted of 5 indian dishes.

我多次光顧 Rkpo 綠色度假村，可以自信地說，這是一個舒適、乾淨、風景優美的四星級天堂。樂於助人且友善的工作人員。體面的飯菜。這是一次很棒的住宿體驗。強烈推薦。

Situated facing the hills Rkpo is a decent property in punaka Our stay was comfortable And special thanks to nwely appointed chef suraj who did a commendable job in preparing indian dishes and not letting us feel nostalgic remembering them.
