浦那外灘花園喜來登大飯店(Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel)

Very loud noise from DJ . Could not sleep till 2 AM. Missed the meeting next day. Complained several times but no use. Complained to the ***ager , but no response. If you need to sleep well at night, do not stay in this hotel .

It was nice stay

두번째 방문인데 여러모로 불편했습니다. 방에 온수도 안 나와서 프론트에 몇번 얘기를 했으나 조치 한다고 시설팀이 와서 보고갔지만 개선이 안되고 아무조치가 없었네요. 결국 이틀을 찬물로 샤워해서 감기에 걸렸네요. 그리고 중요한건 호텔 전체에 오래된 냄새가 많이 납니다. 예민한분들은 불쾌하실 수도 있겠네요 일정 때문에 이틀날은 조식 도시락으로 준비했는데, 빵도 딱딱한걸로 준비가 되고, 전체적으로 4스타 급 호텔보다 떨어지는 것 같습니다.

Très bel hôtel, chambre confortable et spacieuse, personnel aux petits soins, nourriture excellente (que ce soir le buffet ou à la carte - très bonne petit-déjeuner). À la moindre de***de le personnel sera là pour vous aider ou vous conseiller.

Had a wonderful stay at this vibrant, modern hotel. This is my second stay and had a very comfortable and relaxing time. I stayed here for 3 nights in May 2024 and was upgraded to a premium room at check-in so this was a great start to my stay! Room was huge and very spacious (with separate lounge area), bright, and spotlessly clean but most importantly very quiet so was always able to get a good nights sleep. Food in Chagrini roof-top restaurant was excellent and taste and quality truly amazing! Very special mention to Yogita from Customer Relations as she provided a truly professional and exceptional experience during my stay. Always on hand to support with any special request or issue despite the fact that she is clearly very busy supporting other areas of the business - friendly and always with a welcome smile on her face! Neha from the ***agement team was also always available and pro-actively checking in with me to ensure that my stay was in line with expectations - I always very much appreciate this level of attention which makes me feel like a valued customer! A memorable experience and I will for sure be returning!

Although our stay was short for 2 nights only I must admit that each staff member at front office and the dining restaurant went out of their way to make us feel at home. A special mention goes to Ms Yogiita Chowdhary from Guest Relations who was very responsive to each of our request on 24x7 basis. Looking forward to visiting this royal property property in the future.

Very nice relaxing stay .. I had stayed for 2 days with my wife .. the spa is superb .. very nice hospitality from Yogita - she helped us all the way and made our stay memorable .. we were there to celebrate our marriage anniversary !! Very relaxing and nice stay .. recommended for a relaxing stay

Room was clean and staff were exceptionally friendly. I had thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended :) Special mention to the following staff for making my dining experience absolutely amazing. They remembered my last night in the hotel and made sure to send me a complementary dessert. They didn’t have to do it but they did anyways. She ensured my smooth check-in, helped me navigate Pune with recommended places to go, and helped me make Uber bookings when I got lost. She has made everything very convenient for me. Of course, I cannot forget the surprise Pune snacks that she arranged for me. Such little gestures are the reason why if I came to Pune again, I will choose this hotel for my stay. You guys are lovely and amazing. Keep up the good work!

We walked in for a lunch buffet at Sheraton Grand Pune. It was a wonderful experience. Food quality and ambience were excellent. We were attended by Feli. Extremely happy with her hospitality & service. We Would definitely like to visit again.
