Me parece que deben mejorar mucho en cuanto a la infrestructura (Acabados), los colaboradores del hotel trabajan por la propina y no por el servicio al cliente, obviamente se centran en el cliente Europeo.. Al ser un hotel de adultos deberían de tener más amenidades donde entretenerse...

I hardly ever give 5 stars but this resort came close. A brand new property tastefully done and comfortable. They are dedicated to cleanliness and service. The rooms are large with expansive shelves and draws. The pool arrangement is great, they have three one louder with a bar, the second nice easier listening music, and the third is the quiet pool. The staff were always overly pleasant and helpful. Between the sister family resort next door you have the choice of many restaurants and bars. Food is not gourmet but still good and they pour name brand liquors. Cons: The staff has difficulty speaking English. The beach is OK not beautiful like so many in the islands. With the resort being on the Atlantic side the water is chilly and not your Caribbean blue. The resort is remote and the taxis are expensive to go to downtown and other places All in all we had a wonderful time would go back.

Pasamos unos días sensacionales. El servicio es excelente, las instalaciones fabulosas, la atención en la playa y piscina muy oportuna, las comidas deliciosas, los cocteles muy sabrosos y con licores premium, la recreación en muy buenas manos se destacan piña colada y coco loco, las noches en el sector del lobby para no perderlas, Claudio el mayordomo cumplió con nuestras solicitudes. Lo único que falla es el internet. Gracias por todo

Very new place which still trying to figure how to manage but they are almost there, I love how clean it was, how nice and polite staff was, great food, drinks, clean surroundings and rooms .. and fun with animators team all day long!

Un hotel muy reciente! Nos encantó a mi y a mi esposo. Fuimos allí a celebrar nuestro 30 aniversario! La decoración es una belleza. El personal muy atento. Piscinas muy buenas. La comida excelente. La playa no es perfecta porque había un poquito de sargazo pero está mucho mejor que otras. Recomiendo este hotel!

Horrible experiencia por 5 mint pensé que estaba en cuba . Se fue la electricidad y el agua en varias ocasiones . Las chicas de la barra del lobby con actitud ordinaria conversaban entre ellas y te miraban como diciendo espera oh vete . Horrible one start

Hermoso y comodo hotel frente al mar posee buenas instalaciones con muy buenos restaurantes con servicio Todo Incluido. Muy recomendable para relaj**** en un buen ambiente Su personal es muy amable.

El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar,willy del front desk es muy profesional, el chef Pablo es una excelente persona asi como Manuel el manager de alojamiento. Nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva y por tal motivo volveremos. Hab 1227

Para unas vacaciones tranquilas, este es el lugar. Su gente es lo más bello hace que el servicio sea de primera. Calidad frescura destacan este hotel. Definitivamente volvería.
