Perfect place to stay in Quebec City, with a great location to the water, shops, and restaurants. The entrance was tucked away on a side street which made entering and leaving so easy. Staff was helpful and friendly, in particular the concierge Paula. She helped us with a lot including arranging a fun bike tour that was the highlight of our trip! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Superb property, and beautifully run. The location is perfect, quiet but close to everything. The room layout and amenities were excellent, and felt very well thought out. What stood out is how each and every member of the staff was absolutely on their game all the time. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of.

What an amazing stay. Everyone from the first valet to the front desk, Concierge, restaurant staff, the maintenance crew were so hospitable. I have traveled extensively, and this may be the tops in customer service. The room was extremely comfortable. The hotel is a living museum with artifacts throughout. The gym was filled with first class equipment. The location was ideal in our view. We preferred the lower town. It was our kind of place.

The hotel was beautiful. I enjoyed seeing the artifacts they had displayed throughout the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had two sinks, lots of counter space and a nice tub/shower combination. We had breakfast in the dining room and it was delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent all around. Friendly & knowledgeable front desk, great tips from the concierge. Doormen had great advice for restaurants, neighborhoods to visit. The artifacts are a really unique touch to the hotel's history.

Great location! The hotel was lovely, as was the staff! The hotel itself was wonderful, including a wonderful and very large bathroom. If/when I visit Quebec again I would certainly consider staying here again!
