卡普鑽石飯店(Hotel Cap Diamant)

호텔은 새로 레노베이션해서 깨끗하고 청결합니다. 그렇기 때문에 새로운 인테리어로 인해 가구와 페인트 냄새가 불편할 수도 있습니다. 첫날은 청결하게 청소가 잘되어 있었지만, 두번째날은 바닥 청소가 안되어 있었습니다. 호텔 내부에 짐만 옮길 수 있는 엘리베이터가 있지만, 호텔 입구에서 엘리베이터까지 작은 계단이 또 있어서 혼자 캐리어를 가지고 가는 여행객은 매우 불편합니다. 가장 문제는 4월이라 퀘벡은 아직도 많이 춥습니다. 호텔 방에 난방이 안되는 문제가 있었습니다. 그로 인해 잠을 설치고 감기에 걸렸습니다. 아침식사나 간식은 사진에 나와있는 대로 입니다. 치약은 Marvis가 아닙니다.

I booked this hotel in February 2023 for a 3 night stay from 28th September 2023. The hotel has sent me a cancellation e-mail (11-8-23) with no explanation as to why is has been cancelled. I have tried, repeatedly, to contact them with out success and now, having read reviews by others, I understand why! It is outrageous that they chose to deal with customers in this manner (for whatever reason or cause) and I also believe that websites such as Tripadviser should not be advertising their existence if this is their chosen way of dealing with customers. Hopefully, I can find a suitable replacement hotel with a warm welcome...

My partner and I booked this property three months prior to check in based on reviews here. Then exactly a month prior to our arrival, we received an automated email stating that our reservation was cancelled and no further details were provided. We needed to call the property to try and determine what happened. When we called, we could only reach a voicemail, which said that they were closed for renovations and that if we received a cancellation email, it was correct. We feel that this was very unprofessional of the property to just send the automated email. They could have explained their situation. Perhaps there was water or fire damage and they needed to close and address the issues. Otherwise it looks like poor planning and even poorer communication. We do not plan on returning to this property when we come back to Quebec City.

Tout était parfait! L'accueil chaleureux, le confort de la chambre (matelas #1, qualité des serviettes, décoration, grandeur, etc), le petit déjeuner était délicieux, le café et petites collations offertes fût très appréciés. Très intime comme hôtel. Tous les détails sont pensés pour nous donner un beau séjour. L'emplacement est parfait aussi!

Superbe endroit , ameublement chaleureux et confortable. Tres bien situé pour visiter à pied. Déjeuner santé et belles surprises dans les chambres pour combler les dents sucrés ! Accueil et service de Chantal et Paule attentionnée ! Recommande fortement.

Exceptionnel! Accueil personnalisé, design intérieur magnifique, situation géographique idéale près du Château Frontenac. Propreté impeccable. Lit confortable et que dire des serviettes moelleuses! Seul bémol: accès difficile pour personnes à mobilité réduite (escaliers). Je vous recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation!

Expérience charmante! Un service attentionné de Paule, des chambres bien aménagées et de belles rénovations ont contribué à rendre mon séjour agréable. L’emplacement est parfait pour un séjour à quelques pas du Château Frontenac et des Plaines d’Abraham. Coup de cœur pour les produits ROOM 😌

Nous avons adoré notre expérience au Cap Diamant. Un hôtel charmant, situé tout près du Château Frontenac et du Vieux Québec….tout est quelques minutes de marche. Paule nous a donné de bonnes références pour les restaurants, ce que nous avons bien apprécié. Aussi, le stationnement est accessible à seulement 1 minute de marche. Nous reviendrons assurément!

Séjour exceptionnel ! L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel très attentionné. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter du vieux Québec. Décor et confort impeccable. L'odeur est agréable et l'ambiance relaxante. J'ai tellement aimé les oreiller que je m'en suis commandé! Très heureuse d'avoir découvert cet établissement. Bien hâte d'y retourner.
