庫寶阿蘭內塔夢幻世界飯店(Hotel DreamWorld Araneta Cubao)

The room is very dirty. There are cigarette ashes on the table and the room reeks of cigar. I asked for a change of room but can't accom because they said it is full. They just sent someone to clean but despite sending 2, the room was not cleaned very well. It was also noisy because the staff staying in 2nd level are chattering and playing loudly. You can even hear rats coming from the ceiling and there are even cockroaches. 🤮 This is one of my worst experience. Will NEVER stay again here even though it is near everything.

This is my second time here and they never fail to surprise me with their service, i can compare them to 4 star hotels, for a very cheaper price. Will surely be back soon.

Spent one night here via Trip.com. Accessible sa location ko. Okay ang service, very accommodating ang front desk personnel. Hot/col water, super perfect! Hindi lang functioning ang TV, pero okay at naka-rest naman. Thank you!

I booked a hotel room for me and my friend but he didn't tell me the room number and I can't access my booking because they can't modify the name of the guest but we requested a special request to the hotel to give me access to check in and entering the room but they can't assist me although I paid all payment.

The room was quite clean when i initially entered it but noticed small cockroaches at night. The AC was loud and not working well. I also noticed that the AC was not cleaned which flared up my allergic rhinitis. On a positive note, the location of the hotel is really convenient as it is near Araneta coliseum where I watched a concert. The staff are friendly too.

Best location for concert goer in Araneta Coliseum. Booked 1 night stay at this hotel. When we arrived, we waited for like 30mins as the room are not yet cleaned and there’s a lot of us waiting. When we got in the room, there was no light in the bathroom, but they fixed it afterwards. AC wasn’t cold enough, floor was sticky, no slippers and there was a few cockroaches 🤮 And the Wi-Fi connection was terrible .

Free breakfast called at 6am but u you need to call and call again until at 9am given. the kitchen said the hotel never emdorsed them aböut my food earlier. Toilet seat damaged. chair damarged. they could not find my booking online so i need to wait/ dellay check in
