Magnifique weekend dans ce camping magnifique. Le château et le parc sont sublimes. Mobil-home extrêmement bien agencé et équipé. Chauffage mis pour notre arrivée,lits faits.Bref ambiance cocooning avec le contraste d'une météo tumultueuse. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir passé le réveillon dans un tel cadre. Très bel accueil qui ne gâche rien.

Une honte logement qui sent le renfermé pas de chauffage à l’arrivée et la salle de bain minuscule du moisi sur les carreaux de douche le ménage limite placard sale Je déconseille surtout pour le tarif excessif C’est vieux mal entretenu… honteux

Service à la réception lamentable, comme au restaurant. Évitez le snack pour votre santé et votre estomac. Le rapport qualité prix est globalement médiocre. Passez votre chemin, il y a beaucoup d autres campings en Bretagne avec un accueil et des prix en rapport avec les prestations. La pire expérience de camping !!

Franchement, ne réservez pas à l’Orangerie de Lannion. Il y a plein d’autre campings sympas en Bretagne. J’y ai eu une très mauvaise expérience.. J’ai fait une réservation 4 mois à l’avance et payé 143€ à la resa. En raison des restrictions covid imposée par l’Etat Français et comme nous venions de loin pour un mariage, j’ai dû annuler un mois et demi à l’avance. Et bien ils ont gardé tout l’argent, et toute leur arrogance. J’avais aussi pris l’assurance Campez couvert, mais cette assurance assez chère est une farce. Allianz vous rembourse le séjour si votre climatisation voiture tombe en panne sur le trajet ( !!!) mais pas dans les cas importants. Du coup, Les gens de l’Orangerie ont gardé mon argent et ont pu remettre le bungalow en location. Juste écœurés de ces profiteurs. Vraiment, allez ailleurs.

Un lieu magnifique où on se sent bien. Au calme tout en étant très proche de la ville, la piscine, le bar et le restaurant ainsi que toutes les infrastructures sont très agréables. Les mobil-home sont en parfait état. Nous conseillons cette adresse !

Beautiful location, excellent accommodation, good pool complex, but site in need of some TLC. Can recommend it - but don't expect 5 star facilities yet. Work already underway on new indoor pool, though running late. Excellent walks though woods , including one to city centre. Cathedral definitely worth a visit.

A really lovely campsite all rrsently done up with new units and facilities. But a few issues Shop is rubbish very expensive even for camp site rip of for basics and cheapest wine 15 euros. The breakfast pastries had to be ordered the night before and were not great. Ordered pizza and croc monsure and chips. Crocs were frozen in side pizza and chips all cold The pool is lovely but the lini g is peeling and every where in the pool. Sure this will be fixed as part of the works The restaurant is very expensive and not the sort you usually get on camp sites not good for kids The barnis very expensive even for camp site 8 euros a beer! Pros Beautiful location Great accommodation Zip line and go ape style course only 5 euros Over all would recommend it but some more improvements needed The bakery over the road just 2 min in car is fantastic and cheap

Started with a camping car, finished with a bungalow. Unfortunately our camping car broke at the arrival of this camping and it had to be toed back home… Luckily the staff could find us a bungalow so we could sleep for a couple of extra nights! Greatly helpful and competent staff. We loved the gardens, the pool and the kids activities. Great stay even with bad rainy weather.

This is a lovely 'garden' site - mostly pods but also spaces for tents and motorhomes. There are lovely garden walks and a lake - very picturesque. The motorhome/camping area is quite a distance from the reception area so be prepared to walk or bring your bikes - Im not joking! When we arrived at 2.30pm there was someone already in the stand number we had been given. He apparently should have moved that morning as he wasn't booked for that day but nobody came to move him on. We found a member of staff nearby but they weren't really interested - so we had to go to an adjacent stand. Nobody seemed to be bothered. But, we were on holiday so didn't stress. The pool area is very nice - but very (very) cold. There was to be a kids pool but that was being erected whilst we were there. There are at least two toilet/shower blocks but be aware the cleaner comes at around 8.30am and closes them off for cleaning, we had to stand and wait first thing in the morning - poor management as that's when they are busiest. There was a lot of building work around - mostly erecting new pods - and it was quite noisy at times. The 'shop' is actually just a vending machine in the cafe/restaurant area so don't rely on it for more than a very small selection of very basic items. The biggest issue we had was with the wifi. As instructed by the receptionist we contacted Osmozis which is the French company the campsite has contracted to supply the wifi to the site. We purchased a 3 day, 3 devices plan - I work in healthcare and I needed to check emails. It only worked for one day then it stopped. We rang Osmosis to be told the antenna at the site had broken and would be fixed. After a lot of phone calls and visits to reception - it never was fixed. I asked for return of money for the 2 days it hadn't worked and was pushed from pillar to post. They kept saying it was working when it clearly was not. Then a technician was to come out - again they did not. So when I returned home I contacted the site and explained what had happened. It's not important that it was not a great deal of money, its the principle which is important. The site raised the issue with Osmozis who said we had received the wifi service. Even after me sending the site all the information & evidence they refused to refund. So I would not recommend purchasing wifi at this site. All in all, the landscaped gardens are lovely, the buildings are lovely, the walks are lovely but its really geared towards static pods and appear to see camping/motorhomes as somewhat secondary to that main business. There are other lovely sites in the area which really value the mobile holiday maker more.
