拉巴特故事飯店(Story Rabat)

Myself and my wife did not make a reservation, stupidly thinking there would be places as Rabat is a major city. We went to Sofitel and that was a mistake as the receptionist was oblivious to anything we were asking for and advised they were fully booked apart from the suite. So we drove to Story hotel, and welcomed so pleasantly by Omar. Such a kind generous young guy, very well mannered offered to show us the rooms before booking or making a decision. His hospitality was above and beyond expectation. This hotel has 37 beautiful rooms, quiet so don’t expect vibes. But amazing staff. Breakfast was by menu so don’t expect a buffet the room we stayed on tbe ground floor had a beautiful terrace and huge bathroom. Good selection in the minibar, lovely stay comfortable, but most importantly the staff that are so kind. I love when hotels make you feel like family, nothing is a major ask. Thank you to everyone for making my wife and I feel at home.

Very friendly and welcoming staff particularly Ahlam at the reception, Mohamed and his colleagues at Safran restaurant and Ilham from room service. Perfect place for a laid-back stay or business trip. Spacious rooms, spotless place and continued service.

Tout est parfait, de l’hôtel à sa décoration en passant par le personnel aimable et souriant, des extérieurs à tomber. Ils font tout pour se mettre à votre service en toute circonstance. De très nombreux hôtels devraient s’inspirer d’un lieu comme celui-ci. C’est ce qu’on peut appeler un vrai sens du client !

Une suite de rêve donnant sur le jardin luxuriant, beau à toute heure de la journée. Une chambre spacieuse et une literie impeccable. Belle salle de bains avec douche, baignoire et ceux vasques. Nous avons apprécié la propreté, le bouquet de fleurs dans le salon et les fruits. Calme et sérénité

A fantastic dining experience with incredible food and perhaps the most genuine and hospitable resturant service I've seen in decades of travel. Rabie the proprietor of the resturant showed genuine excitement in sharing Moroccan cuisine with us and made an unforgettable experience.

Très très bon hotel bonne découverte calme apaisant. Le personnel au top restaurant tres bon. Magnifique hotel vraiment, les jardins extraordinaires, la chambre parfaite grande, salon salle de bain avec un extérieur. Tres propre un vrai 5 étoiles

Story Hotel is perfect for staycation. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the huge comfortable bed that I love the most🥰. One of my favorite spot is the terrace where coffee session happens while enjoying the view. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming, Hussam and Ahlam in the front desk were always kind and polite,the always lively and lovely restaurant staff Bouchra, Omaima, Enaz, Omar and others for giving excellent service. Thanks to the housekeeping fairies for keeping our room always clean &organized. I am truly enjoying my stay here and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Xoxo, K💋
