拉皮德城舒眠套房飯店(Sleep Inn & Suites)

The room was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The toilet in our room did not work and wouldn’t flush without lifting the lid and manually using the plunger. We packed up our stuff and went elsewhere.

The staff was very nice but our room had an awful smell and the toilet was broken. Breakfast was fine, about what you would expect to see at any continental breakfast.

Check in service was good, room was clean but the cable tv was terrible we did t use the tv it kept freezing…

Not bad for price. Beds comfy, room could have been cleaner. Pool was down - I called the morning we checked in to make sure pool was working, was told it was but it was ice cold when we went that evening. They did arrange for guests to be able to go next door to swim and use hot tub- so at least tried. A little loud with highway there but over all a fine stay!

I made the mistake of leaving a ring on the bathroom counter and when I returned that evening it was gone. I called the hotel and the manager didn't even bother to call me back.

The staff are terrific. Anything you need they are eager to assist. The hotel is basic and the breakfast options limited but it is very convenient to downtown, surrounding areas and shops. Highly recommend.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The beds were more comfortable then most hotel beds and the location was great, being right by the interstate.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean. The pool was warm and had plenty of towels. Will be returning
