Service is good, but the food could use a some improvement.

The hotel was very grimy. It was old and outdated. Carpets needed to be cleaned and there were areas in the room that had patch jobs from water damage. I did enjoy the pool and hot tub. They were salt water which was a nice change! The food was not great and the dinning area was very outdated and odd decor. I would stay again for the pool and the convenience of the location. The staff was friendly on day shift but night staff did not seem to know certain things such as the wifi password etc.

The first room we got was awful. Dirty, smears on the wall/door frame and no lights in the bedroom (family room). The staff was awesome at accommodating a move so that was nice. The area around the pool is awesome, pool is adequate- no features (slides etc) and the hot pool is very small. Overall it’s a dated hotel with poor upkeep imo.

The atrium, while esthetically nice, is terrible for noise. I had to call the front desk at 11:pm and was given assurances that the manager would resolve the large gathering of adults while their kids played tag. I had to make a second call at 11:45pm to actually have staff deal with the noise. Will never stay there again.

There is very little to endorse about this property. It’s centrally located! However, every carpet is stained and dirty, everywhere, there was no heat—the staff had to provide a portable heater when the temperatures outside were around -40C. The ceiling was badly patched from water damage. I could go on, but I’m sure it’s pretty clear. It doesn’t improve the reputation of the Wyndham brand.

We’ve been using this hotel if we are overnite in Red Deer for over 10 yrs. It’s good value, centrally located and easy to get to. The breakfast was good with the exception of the eggs which were suppose to be over medium, but were more like well done. Still will chose this hotel for our stays.

The hotel seems like it has known better days. The chairs in our conference room were very uncomfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was good, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast on Sunday morning was outstanding!

I've stayed here each year for the annual Red Deer powwow and I'm sure my room last year was bigger than the room I stayed in for same price. Over all good breakfast and friendly staff! I'll be back for next year's powwow.

I like the open space in the middle of the hotel with pool and lots of plants. There is lots of wear and tears of the furnitures in the common pool area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
