Large parking lot, nice room

We arrived off a flight at checking in at 2 am. Room was 200$ that’s fine. 2 am and asked for a late check out at 12pm. Housekeeping knocked on door at 845 am. We told him that we had a late check out. He proceeded to be very noisy outside the room including talking and continually letting the door across the hall slap on the lever lock while he was cleaning it. Decided to tiredly get up and get coffee and some breakfast . Brought it back to the room and when getting off the elevator one of the house keeping staff hardly would let me off the elevator and bumped me with coffee and breakfast on a tray. The guy at the front desk was good when we checked in but the rest of the staff experience was very poor.

We haven’t stayed in this area of Regina before and we were so happy that it was on the closer end of Regina when coming from the west. We were also really impressed with how many shipping and dining options were right outside our door. Breakfast was also included and it featured eggs, sausages, pancakes, toast, yogurt and cereals. The woman working the breakfast refilled everything immediately so that whatever you wanted was hot and fresh! My only wish was that they had bacon like other Home Inns!

The smiles and the easy accomodation to an early check-in were much appreciated. The surprise after I dropped off my rental at the airport and caught a cab back to the hotel and they paid it was unexpected and nice. I was unfortunately too tired to take in the pool and hot tub but it looked very enticing.

Staff was courteous and rooms are clean and comfortable. Was looking forward to using the pool during my visit, but the hotel uses the facility for swimming lessons for toddlers/children with instructors and parents taking up the majority of the time during the day. By the end of the day the pool was extremely cloudy and dirty. These facilities should be used for hotel guests only in my opinion.

Awful- would never stay here again! Been here a couple hrs and can’t wait to get out in the morning! Noisy, jumping around moving furniture running from ppl upstairs. In hallways. Shower curtain filthy, happy we brought our own bedding. Air conditioner not working, fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Window won’t close was open when we got here. So not only do we get the joy of noise in the hotel we get the to listen to it outside as well! Never will be back, never will we recommend to anyone!

Pros - transportation from airport, friendly staff Cons - minor maintenance repairs needed in room, gym (equipment didn't work, no air conditioning, no water, no disinfectant for equipment), breakfast (food that was available was good but poorly stocked), vending machine unoperational and was shocked that a bottle of water was $4.25.

Loved the breakfast. Loved the price. The elevator got stuck a few times. But no big deal. Rooms were clean. Beds were a little rough on the back..but thst could be just me. Would stay again.

The hot tub was cold and the jets did not work, it smelled really strong of chlorine In the pool area. The breakfast was terrible, soggy Tatertots, sausage was so salty you couldn’t eat it. Iv stayed here a couple times but will never again
