艾琪爾頓宮殿飯店(Achillion Palace)

Ten hotel to totalna porażka z czasów PRL. Ubogie monotonne śniadania to tylko jedna z rzeczy na basen otwarty od 11 do 19 później zamykany beż możliwości wejścia zakaz wnoszenia swoich napoji oraz pożywienia. W łazienkach brak jakiejkolwiek wentylacji wąż do prysznica za krótki nie starcza do uchwtu słuchawki. Na basenie brak możliwości płacenia kartą tylko gotówką, w toaletach na recepcji po 1min wyłączą się automatycznie światło więc radzę się śpieszyć 2 nie polecam, średnia wieku turystów w hotelu 50+. W Grecji jestem 6 raz w życiu nie trafiłem na hotel tak zaniedbany o tak niskim standardzie. Może właśnie dlatego mają wyłączoną możliwość oceny na Google. Jedyny plus jaki znalazłem to lokalizacja ale to chyba na tyle. Nie polecam

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji. Starówka i plaża w zasięgu paru minut. Pokoje średniej wielkości. W miarę wygodne łóżka. W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja i lodówka. Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji i przy śniadaniu. Śniadanie można zjeść w zacienionym ogrodzie. Hotel najlepsze lata ma już za sobą, jednak nie wpłynęło to znacząco na mój pobyt. Basen? Korzystam jedynie z uroków plaży.

Συμφωνουμε με όλες τις προηγουμενες θετικές κριτικές και διαφωνούμε με τις μέτριες. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, εξαιρετικό - φιλικό προσωπικο, εξαιρετικά στρώματα κλπ... Αρκετές προηγουμενες μέτριες κριτικές δεν αναφέρουν ότι τα ίδια προβληματα αντιμετωπίζουν και όλα τα 5 Αστέρα ξενοδοχεία του Ρέθυμνου που χρεώνουν διπλάσιες - τριπλάσιες τιμές... Για παραδειγμα Βλέπε ενδεικτικά τα σχόλια για το parking... Αξίζει να εμπιστευτείτε τις εναλλακτικές που σας προτεινει το προσωπικο... Ευχαριστη έκπληξη ήταν η τυχαία συνάντηση στο πρωινο με τους γνωστούς ηθοποιους επιδαυρικης παραστασης που ανέβηκε στη Φορτετσα...Πολλά Μπράβο σε όλους και πολλα Μπράβο σε όλα...

The whole place smells like cigarettes, bathroom had what appeared to be black mold under the bathtub & there was hair on the floor from previous guests. All that being said the bed was really comfy & the area was close to all the fun restaurants but far enough away to be quiet

This was our 5th stay here and we love coming back each year. The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach and town. The rooftop pool is a great feature, with friendly barman and has an amazing view. The hotel staff are so friendly and welcome us back every time.

Good things. Enormous double bed, excellent maid service and big balcony. Lovely garden behind the hotel. Less good. Some daytime staff clearly not interested in customers, mumbled greeting felt like going through the motions. Breakfast was disappointing. Rock hard kiwi fruit, orange juice from concentrate or power diluted to the point the only orange about it was the colour. Hot items that were stone cold as if the servers had not been turned on early enough. Brown liquid apparently coffee dispensed in minute portions. Pool was lovely and the views from the roof great. The whole place just felt rather tired and unloved for a 4 star hotel.

We stayed here September 2022.Positives of this hotel is its location,5 minutes from the beach and hundreds of shops and restaurants.Breakfast has hot and cold choices which are very adequate and it is never to busy.The staff are very nice and helpful without ever being in your face.The hotel is very quiet at night with no entertainment if that is what you are looking for. Negatives,we stayed in room 204 it has the smallest shower I have ever seen so do not go to this room.Rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaning staff were fantastic.Pool is on the roof and there are always plenty of beds.Overall we enjoyed our stay just don’t expect any frills and enjoy the location.

Bathrooms in the hotel are old but in my case unclean: full of long dark hairs. The same dark hairs were on my bedlinen. I explained my bad experience to the recepcionist, but no solution was done or compensation at all. I sent a message to Customers' Hotel Service and no answer received either.

We stayed there for a week and it was lovely. The staff always on hand to help. We arrived in the middle of the night due to flight delay but still able to check in, they even changed our room to a double bed the next day. The room are clean and very comfortable with balcony (very important to dry swim stuff). On our last day our plane was not until late , so they let us use an empty room to have a shower and change before our flight so we were able to swim in both their pool and sea that day which was so good. The location is perfect as a short walk from town centre, all the sightseeing and the restaurant. Super near the beach too. You can also walk easily to the coach station and the pick up point for the organised tour is 2 min away. The hotel is very quiet at night and the breakfast garden so pretty and good choices. The pool is a great size on the roof with an amazing views my only negative are the opening hours. They are not very clear, the signs and who you asked you get different answers and it does not open until late in the morning so I was unable to have a swim before breakfast or before setting out for the day. It also closed at sundown , so unlike other hotels i have stayed you cannot have an evening swim after a long day sightseeing which is my favorite time to swim. Which is a real shame but that is my only negative about the hotel. The wifi was great in the room.
