There is no before/after hours key-drop at this facility and no directions given at the time of check-in should the need arise. I called the desk, no answer, no forwarded line. The after-hours number was not answered until the 3rd call. A key drop may come in handy for guests going forward, The restaurant was also closed on the day of my stay - this also would have been nice to know at the time I made the reservation. Thank goodness for Subway,
