The staff, more specifically Ilias, Sofia, the gentleman with long hair that received us at the reception and the lady that serves breakfast, were really nice and this is was without a doubt the best of it. The breakfast was good, on the other hand lunch and dinner was someday's better and someday's worse but the staff was really slow, everyday there was lack of food and we had to ask for more and we had to clean our own tables before we sat down. The cleaning was the worse, the linens were no changed at all, the towels were meant to be changed every two days but this did not happen either. The floor was dirty with sand, hairs and anything else that fell in it because it was never cleaned. It is quite far from any of the sandy beach's of from the capital, 30 min driving for Rhodes and Faliraki or if you want to go to Lindos 1 hour. The pool was good, but the surroundings were dirty. Nonetheless, considering that it was all inclusive, even that not all drinks were included, but there was beer, 4 different cocktails and Greek vodka, gin, tequila, the price was good.

Plussaa altaan vieressä olevasta baarista. Tilat siistit, ainoa miinus"sikailevista" asiakkaista, esim. ruokalan terassin lattialla paljon servettejä, pöydille pudonneet ruoat jääneet niille sijoilleen yms. Henkilökunta ei ehdi joka välissä siivota, vaihtaa pöytäliinoja jne... Vahva suositus jos kaipaat rauhallista lomailua. Lentokenttä lähellä, aktiviteetteja tarjolla jos haluaa. Butterfly Valley tutustumisen arvoinen, tosin rankka rupeama, paljon portaita.

I want to start with good things - staff is very friendly, everything is on time and most amenities are working fine. Staff knows English well enough so you can just chitchat or explain any concerns easily. They're more than happy to teach you a bit of Greek if you want to and you can literally ask anyone about anything if you have questions. Pool is quite nice, there are always free sunbeds even if people try to hog them with their towels. There is enough space in the pool itself for all guests and it doesn't feel crowded. The pool bar and main bar (which is on the photos in the front) has good selection of drinks for all inclusive (for this price). Food is just "meh". Most of it is a very safely and mass-made version of anything you'd get at any hotel in the world. They edge on the safe side so for example bacon is more heated than fried. There were few good dishes, but most will be "just food" and forgettable. This won't be your highlight. Now the room itself. AC works very well and just few rooms had it broken from what I heard from other people (if you get a room like that, try to ask to get another room, because the handyman was not able to help as far as I heard). Fridge works, although ours had freezer door frozen over, so that didn't opened. Beds are passable (although on a very stiff side), bedding and towels provided are clean. WiFi works well if you're in the range (in our room it was in a single corner, but worked in the common spaces like near pool or bar). Right... clean. Now we have to talk about the bad parts. While I don't mind few bugs in the room itself (after all it's all next to nature) or it's 70s aesthetic and that it's all slowly falling apart (I'm enjoying holidays after all!). I see people in the comments happy with the cleanliness standard, but I cannot disagree more. I just will leave the photos so you'd be the judge. Everything in the room felt a bit sticky and top of the furniture had smears from wiping it with wet rag. The cleanup during stay is limited to wiping floor and that's it. I could live with all of that, but the worst is the bathroom. Someone's hair, mold and dirt are commonplace. Toilet feels also sticky (oh yeah, it's one of those where you shouldn't throw away the toilet paper to the toilet). The fan in the middle wasn't cleaned for years (or since new?). Bathtub has streaks(of mold or scale?) and marks from the soap of anyone that was last using it. Needless to say we did our best to just shower and only in the flipflops. If you overdo the shampoo, you can expect bubbles coming from the drain in the floor, so drainage also seems to be not that great. If you want to use glass that is in the bathroom to drink a bit of water during the night, better get yourself a bought water bottle. Water in the tap, which seems to be drinkable, isn't great and there was snot in the first glass I've taken from the bathroom shelve. Had a lovely time here considering some of the reviews I was sceptical at first but I’m glad I ignored them and went! They have loads of cats which I loved! the room was lovely and the food was good something different every night!! The staff were amazing and were very accommodating to us! Shoutout to Sophia the best bartender in the world!!

Hotel was very welcoming again after 4 years away. Stergia was lovely. She was the receptionist who did the morning shift. Hotel had better WiFi than 4 years ago and now available throughout the hotel. Food was OK. Room was good. It was good that there was a mosquito screen added to the patio door to keep them out. Any problems, the staff were able to help out. Sofia the bar person who did the drinks was good. We had a summer dream cocktail most nights. One was alcoholic and one wasn't. We did not have to pay for them as they were part of the inclusive package. Used Hiway car rental in Theologos again . You get there by walking down the road from the Apar**ents down to the main road. Would recommend the hotel. Tip: Parking outside the Apar**ents was further up the road. Taxi pickup to the airport very good. Got the hotel to phone up on our behalf. Overall what we paid was good value and a great base to tour the island.

Hotel had better WiFi than last time. Available throughout the hotel. Food was OK. Room was good. In the bathroom, there was no shower curtain or shower door to keep the water in and went everywhere. The door to the bathroom needed sorting out as it scraped the floor everytime you used it. Husband sorted out the door handle to the bathroom as it was coming off. It was good that there was a mosquito screen added to the patio door, to keep them out. Any problems, the staff were able to help out. Sofia the bar person who did the drinks was good. We had a summer dream cocktail every night. One was alcoholic and one wasn't. We did not have to pay these as they were part of the inclusive package. Thank you. Will visit again. very poor hotel. the food is very poor, almost the same every day, it is close to the airport, only 10 minutes away. the rooms are clean, but the bathtub is a horror (I will add a photo) equip yourself with mosquito spray. we were bitten very badly by mosquitoes. very noisy at night because of planes flying. If you have a late evening flight, you can pay €20 and stay in the room until 6 p.m., it's definitely a plus. quiet area if you want to relax. the beach is 20 minutes from the hotel (rocky beach), there are 3-4 restaurants 10 minutes from the hotel and 2-3 markets. I definitely recommend renting a car from "Hi-jet", a cheap and well-maintained car. from Rhodes town 35-40 minutes away. Generally, there is nothing around the hotel. if you are looking for entertainment this hotel is not for you.

I arrived with mixed feelings having read previous reviews however I enjoyed my 7 nights with a nice room which was cleaned regularly contrary to previous comments. Breakfast was disappointing particularly the egg quality and lack of choice, the "bacon" well, I will leave that for others to "process" literally. The restaurant staff worked hard and were friendly although with limited numbers in a full hotel. I found the lunches to be of better quality than evening meals which was strange compared to many other places I've visited. That leaves the pool area and bar service in reception. I could not fault either for efficiency and cleanliness, the pool was as good as any other I've used with plenty of beds and shade plus efficient bar service, albeit the beers were rather small. Likewise in the evening bar area, friendly, speedy service with plenty of seating space. Also, a great little gyros restaurant/take away opposite the bus stop on the main road should not be missed. All in all, certainly not above 3* rating but I would return if I wanted a nice chilled week (not 2) on the quiet side of the island.
