鯨魚灣公寓飯店-新(Whalesbay Hotel Apartamentos)

Hemos estado una semana. Los apartamentos son muy completos para una familia de cuatro personas. El personal es encantador. La limpieza adecuada. Si tu intención es tener un lugar en el que alojarte, y poder hacer alguna comida por tu cuenta, es un lugar excelente. Los servicios que ofrece el hotel son correctos para una actividad turística intensa. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y agradables.

The stay at this gotelnwss great. It’s locatrd near the beach, view from an apparent was incredible. There are all kitchen amenities that you wull need.

It was a welcome site after traveling and having the flight cancelled. It was so nice , clean, and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. The night desk person was so VERY helpful. He deserves a raise.

We spent part of our honeymoon trip at the Whales Bay apartment hotel and loved every moment! They even greeted us with special honeymoon decorations in our apartment. This is a lovely location to stay at if you’re looking for apartment style accommodations to be able to do your own cooking while enjoying hotel amenities. We will be back!

Great location nearby the ocean and great natural pool. Excellent Swimming pool in the hotel. Very clean and well equiped appartment. Nice shower. Nice staff. Probably a wonderful place for family with kids but not suited for friends or couple with no kids since walls are paper-thin and bedrooms are on the corridor, stairs and elevator side… 20 meters from the ocean but only a few appartments have an ocean view.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and new/modern. Sadly, we were only able to stay for one night - we would have loved to stay longer. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, and it was perfect for us and our 3 grown up kids. The kitchen looked great, too bad we were there for so short. Super friendly, kind, efficient staff. Highly recommend! Teresa in reception was amazing! Thank you!

There were so many good things about Whales Bay. We stayed in a 2 BR, 2 bath penthouse apartment with a full kitchen and wrap around balcony with an amazing view of the ocean. The pool and grounds were lovely and the staff went above and beyond in making recommendations on what to see and where to eat. However, of the 4 pieces of gym equipment, 2 were broken. The jacuzzi was not in service. Within the apartment, the couch fabric was peeling off and hot water was sporadic. Several times we had to heat up water in the kitchen and pour it into the bathtub in order to take a bath. I appreciate that they are using solar panels to heat the water but there needs to be a backup system (I had to take a cold shower the morning we left.) The location was about 20 minutes from the action of Ponta Delgada and within an hour of all the beautiful sights of Sao Miguel. Even though Whales Bay could use some updating, I would stay there again.
