We checked in at 11:30 pm and we got a room in the third floor that hadn’t been cleaned. I go to the front desk and the person gave me a totally different room that the knew I had paid for online due to “being sold out”. He did not apologize for the inconvenience at all. We get to the new room and the shower curtain is disgusting.

I didn't like the room being to light at night. curtains didn't close all the way, which left only shears. It was like sleeping with the lights on. Also one of the shower doors was missing. When I was loading up to leave before I checked out the maid was already flipping the room. I wanted to lay back down for 30 mins but couldn't.

My daughters and I just wanted to have a quick girl's trip and the price was great. It was clean and quiet with friendly service. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've had since before the pandemic.

Loved it,, the one thing you may need to improve: front desk clerks should be more friendly and costumer service oriented. Room service, and breakfast was excellent.

At check in, nobody was at the desk and it took several minutes for the clerk to come back (6:45pm) - she was efficient but not at all welcoming or pleasant.
Rooms were clean and nice, bed was very comfortable although the pillows were not at all!!! Beautiful big shower but the temperature could not be regulated well!

This was the 2nd time we've stayed here at this property. It is a Great area, and we've found Russo's Italian for eating and we LOVE it. We choose to stay here, even when it's approximately a 40min drive to the source of our visit. We will keep coming back! The staff is outstanding, the rooms are clean and so comfy-I ESPECIALLY LOVE the fact that now I don't have to pack toiletries- the ones that the hotel offers are Outstanding- I have searched to buy them for home ! See you next time !
