When I made the hotel reservation online, I specifically mentioned in the notes to give me a quieter room due to my sensitivity to noise caused by my nervous condition. However, when I checked in, the hotel staff assigned me a room right by the busy street, where there's constant traffic 24/7. Plus, there are loud cars revving their engines at night. Right across the street, there's an ongoing construction site with heavy machinery operating early in the morning. You can imagine the level of noise. I asked the hotel staff if they could move me to a quieter room facing the courtyard, but they said there were no available rooms. I made this reservation over a month in advance and clearly stated my room preferences in the reservation notes. However, it seems like the hotel didn't take my requests seriously at all. I stayed in that room for over 10 days, you can imagine the sufferings from terrible quality of sleep due to the noise. I'm not sure how this hotel claims to have the "highest customer satisfaction," but based on my personal experience, I'm quite dissatisfied
