列治文市區-Moxy(Moxy Richmond Downtown)

The housekeeping is not good enough. But the staff is helpful tho.

The room is clean and the location is near downtown. however, the room does not include kettle for hot water.

The place a cute but not functional. Entry keys to rooms don’t work. There was no hot water in the shower. Felt like a ghost town which is odd for a Saturday night.

The hotel was lovely but we already knew that. The staff felt a little checked and burnt out.

The hotel is fun and colorful. They cut some of the little things (like toiletries in every room) and it would appear that they pass some of those savings on to the customer. You can still get them if you need them in the stash lockers on every floor! They even had shaving cream/razor kits. The rooms are clean and the layouts are cool. My sister and I slept in toe to toe queen size beds. Will definitely stay again at a Moxy.

We thought this place was adorable!! Nothing beat the 50 inch tv to watch playoff football:) we would totally stay again

I chose the Moxy for it's location, the room was clean and classy but small (cheapest one they have). The heat worked but had to turn off to cool down and the person for breakfast wasn't there at 7:30 so I only got coffee.

Everything was great! They did seem to be a little understaffed which delayed our checkin by about 20 minutes. Every other aspect of my stay was prime time. Would stay again.
