Ilani is beautiful and clean! We had a great stay for our daughter’s 21st birthday. The staff was amazing!

The hotel is beautiful but the best part of our stay was the customer service! (I wish I had thought to write down names of the individuals who helped us so I could give them a direct shout out but unfortunately I cannot currently conjure them up from memory!). It has been a long time since I’ve been anywhere with such consistent, friendly, kind customer service. Highly recommend this hotel!

The Ilani is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is clean, new, comfortable and beautifully done. The service at the hotel and in the restaurants has been excellent. The ****** is spacious and offers a wide variety of options. I will be definitely looking into planning another trip here.

No house keeping services during the evening. If you turn the “Don’t disturb “ sign on and left later during the day, no one will clean the room even if you ask the front desk for room service to be done later during the day. I found a pair of someone else’s used socks in the room.

We had a great experience during our stay. Rooms were quite clean, very spacious, and comfortable. Didn't watch TV, but it was nice to see a hotel room with a big television! At dinner at Line and Lure, which was good. ****** was great - dealers were all very nice. Good variety of table games and minimum bets weren't too high. Pool area looks amazing, but we didn't use it this trip. Have already booked to go again!

The Property is very nice. However; when I arrived at 6:30p.m. on January 14, 2024, my room was not available until 10:00p.m.. When my Cousins and I went to a restaurant on the property January 15, 2024 I was told that I was not a registered guest.

We absolutely loved our standard 2 queen bed, room on the 9 th floor. Hotel was beautiful and clean, along with ******. Pool area was impressive. Had a bar in pool area, such a treat for adults. Our kids had a blast. Our room was perfect for us, the tv was the biggest we have had ever at a hotel. The only thing i would change about ilani was the ******** area. I loved that there was no skiing allowed but most of the sl I t area had the sand games!! Different themes but the same concept and that's boring. There were tables but i only found a few video poker machines which i love!!! Yes therre were penny machines but the minimum bet was about 50 cents or more. Besides the tables, someone needs to invent a machine that makes your brain work and last a little longer. Takes are intimidating, so i like to have my money go a little farther. Thank you ilani. We loved kids quest!!

Location, ambience, entertainment, literally everything about Ilani was amazing! It gets pricy with food & drinks but it’s worth it. The room was very beautiful & had everything you would ever need. The amenities were great & the gym was really nice as well. I would definitely recommend to anybody. Plus, free parking which is hard to come about these days!

Overall everything was great, obviously it’s a new Hotel so bed was still comfortable!
