I didn’t not have a great experience and felt disrespected. They have terrible staff. I would have gladly paid a bit more to stay two doors down at the Marriott if I knew I’d be treated better. My specific grievance are as follows: 1.) at 4:30 am my first night in the hotel, I was awaken in the dark by a flood of water pouring down from the ceiling into the room. This was startling and goes to show the poor upkeep with routine maintenance. Yes, they fixed it after I called the help desk, but I received nothing for this inconvenience not even an apology by the crew working that night. I brought it up to all staff and they brushed it off. One member of staff, the gentleman who checked me in the hotel was the only person who showed any type of concern. 2.) on my last day at check out I was told to wait by Marcus so that my room could be inspected?! Inspected?! ridiculous and I was told that the inspection was to check that I didn’t forget any of my belongings. Instead I was accused of swapping out the beers in the mini bar. How sad! And when I complained the manager present said nothing. They should be embarrassed. 3.) Lastly, this is not advertised and you don’t find out until once you are there, No guests are allowed. Not even to enjoy the view at the rooftop. I don’t recommend this hotel.
