Отель не такой уж плохой по сравнению с персоналом, работающим там. Впервые такое увидели, хамское отношение, девушка на ресепшене прям недовольная сидела , общалась с подругами , на нас ноль внимания, потом сказала сумму больше на 150 шейкелей , сначала мы не придали этому значение , потом увидели и спросили, девушка сказала , что возврата не будет , когда такое было? Когда нам ключи ещё не выдали и мы не пользовались услугой , деньги не возвращают , настроение было испорчено, не хотелось вообще там находиться , хотели уехать в другой отель, около часа просили вернуть наши деньги , на что был постоянный отказ. Впервые вижу такое отношение и не соблюдение законов об оказании услуг ! Мы отдыхаем по всем городам Израиля и никогда с нас не брали не налоги , и не говорили заполнять документы самим , все просто фотографируют визу и все данные о бронировании есть , здесь прям облегчили такую «тяжелую» работу ресепшену, чтобы они подольше общались между собой

What lovely service! A friend and I went for a staycation and we had such a relaxing to time! Massages and meals were great - pools were wonderful, the service was outstanding. Super attentive.

I have been lucky enough to have visited The Estate Spa & Hotel on many occasions and watch it evolve into the perfect hotel, which meets so many needs. The warm staff and stunning scenery is the norm around here. In my opinion they achieve a rare quality of really tending to what the customer needs. The hotel does this by providing bonuses such as their delicious breakfast being served till 16:00 and the pool being open till 23:00. Never have I been disappointed at the hotel and the spa treatments are ace too. Thanks again. Highly recommended

This is a nice concept hotel for adults (although we saw a toddler here). Very relaxing by the pool and nice spa. The room (suite) was excellent especially the jacuzzi and sauna in the room. Facilities very good including the shared lounge with cakes all the time swimming pool and deck area. Service was not to the standard of the hotel, apart from the manager, the staff somewhat clueless and looked bored. Breakfast was basic and ok but very expensive for what it was rest of food basic, could have been far better. Music was far too loud almost club like each time someone asked to turn it down they turned it back up again after a short while. This is not a club it’s a chilled spa weekend, manager should take note of the age of its guests. We would come again perhaps during the week too, but if only the service and food met the hotel facilities and comfort, it would be a far better stay. Only 20 rooms so super cosy Late night dips were lovely and nice to order in or go out for dinner. No food on site.

So this is a little oasis in the middle of a NOT very nice area...but it doesn't matter.... The hotel is really set up for people wanting a night or 2 away, or having a party, spa treatments etc...though it's quite compact it has hot tubs, 2 heated swimming pools, suanas etc all accessible pretty much any time. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the breakfast is great and the staff are ALL the nicest you'll meet in Israel. They're super efficient, friendly and even though we were there for work, it was a fantastic "escape" at the end of the day. The bar area is great, as is the breakfast area. Infact, it's all great. We had a really nice stay and even though they didnt understand why we stayed there a week (business trip) they were always welcoming... One note...it's about 35 minutes walk from the main street/Weizmann Institute so unless you like walking, you'll want a car. We'll be back next time we're in Rehovot.

Sometimes the most obscure hotels end up being a hidden gem that you stumble across. You would walk straight past and not look back based on the outside, but once you enter the oasis, dusty world changed to utter relaxation. Hosted by super attentive staff who are practically horizontal they so chilled. I am on a business trip so didn’t get to use the massive selection of facilities, they look great though. My sparkling moment was the food, prepared by a chef that wouldn’t be out of place behind a drum kit in a rock band, supported by a young team that clearly love working with him. The result is exceptional breakfasts that set you up for a fab day in the office. I am lucky or unlucky to travel a lot for business, I’ve stayed in the best and worst - this is one of my favourite places

Estate Spa hotel offered excellent amenities and the room was nicely appointed. The staff was extremely helpful with our questions (such as recommending GETT app to hire a taxi (since we had no Israli money). Unfortunately we checked in late in the evening and had to depoart at 5:30 am, so could not take advantage of all of the amenities.
