Water in room would be nice. Parking little expensive

I had booked the junior suite with a king bed. When I arrived to the hotel they told me that they did not have what I booked from **********. They gave me a small room instead with a king bed. I had paid extra for the junior suite and then got robbed of that room and had to settle with a cheaper priced room for the price of a junior suite

Hotel was decent but housekeeping was vacuuming the hallways at 9am totally unacceptable as we didn’t get in until late and we’re trying to catch up on some sleep

Room was not made and when I complained I was told that they only make up room if I request it. Which obviously is a lie.

Wifi Maintenance staff opened door and then knocked as I was in bed sleeping without notice. The following morning I was given two $10 coupons for a coffee or drink however, there seemed to be limited staff working as both Waiters and Welcomers and thus after 7 minutes I gave up and just left.

When we checked in the concierge said we have free breakfast in the morning. When we went down they said no, it will $25 per person. Other than that hick up it was a very nice stay.

Parking lot didn't read QR code but call button worked. Too high price for parking and elevator in parking structure was broken. Breakfast Satff were great!

It was my first experience at the Marriott. Check in was a little rough as far car situation. Other guest drove up and they assisted them with the parking, luggage, and check in. Which was opposite of what was done for me. Overall, I did enjoy the stay, room was spacious, and clean. Breakfast was very delicious and the staff members were nice and attentive. Unfortunately, I did not like how when I was checking out I asked for a bellman to help with my luggage and he just pushed the luggage cart in the door entrance, dropped it off, and left. Yet I noticed for other guest they would load it up and take the cart downstairs.
