位於泰勒購物中心附近的棕櫚旅館(Palm Inn Hotel Near Tyler Mall Riverside)

地板很臟，牆壁沒有完全粉刷。 book.com 上的圖片甚至無法與實際房間進行比較。所有的傢俱都是舊的，需要翻新。有很多奇怪的人似乎住在那裡。一件好事是晚上很安靜。

They advertised breakfast but it was not available and was the reason I chose it. :( I found my night guard on the ground next to the bed I wasn’t sleeping in, I’m assuming as a result of cleaning? And we found old press on nails on the ground. Gross.

Nice pretty quiet booked for a Wednesday to Thursday only disappointed pool & hot tub was locked due to a leak but staff was acomadating since that was the reason I booked here also there was no breakfast due to covid I guess and building TVs are a bit dated but staff was very nice Desiree at the desk very nice.

It’s was dirty, had a roach. It looks like people lives at the property and have reserved parking and are extremely rude to others when they park in the parking spaces I front of their rooms. Extremely dirty and not clean. It was the worst experience for the price.

We had what we needed. Where there were questions, they were answered quickly. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.

Walking into the room it smelled a bit off I thought it was Just me the bed smelled a lot like pee, after a while I couldn’t stand the smell and I asked the front desk if I can get my sheets changed the lady was super rude and once she took one of the sheets off she said it was peed on and was trying to blame us for it. She asked if we had brought pets and clearly there was no sign of a pet,rudely she look the sheets and brought new ones. I can’t believe I was layoff around in someone’s pee while claimed th sheets were changed hours before we checked in.

Arrived late and I was nervous just to get out of my car on the property with the number of homeless people hanging around in the parking lot. Once I saw the room I left immediately and booked a different hotel.
