裡布市中心歡朋飯店(Hampton Inn Riverside Downtown)

Great service, nice clean place, great location

Really happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn. We were attending an event at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino so I was horrified when I first saw the $400+ rates for that weekend within San Bernardino & was grateful to find a great deal in comparison at this Hampton Inn in downtown Riverside. I was also extremely thankful for the amazingly fast service I received at check in -- the front desk guy literally got me all checked in in 2 min -- since we were running a little late for our event after hitting traffic on the way down from Monterey. I can't really think of any cons we encountered, but other pros include: hotel parking was within their own security-watched lot behind a gate so we didn't have to worry about our car or anything in it, mini fridge AND microwave in our room, super comfortable bed/pillows, noon checkout!

Check in was horrible. There were five people waiting to be checked in and the lady checking people in wanted to talk and know everyone's life story. After I got to the front, she said hold on and helped some random customer that just walked up. At this point the was another 5 people waiting to be checked in. After she saw how annoyed I was, she called out a second person out to help check people in. They had a second person available to help and they chose not to use them.... The room was nice but I'm not sure I want to deal with this lady ever again. I probably won't be back to this hotel anytime soon.

Staff were super curteous and helped with all the questions I had. My only issue is the air conditioner unit in my room sometimes blew really cold and sometimes just pushed air, like it was having a hard time maintaining a constant temperature. I didnt even touch the thermostat.

Check-in was terrible. They had given away our room. So we had to settle fora king bed with a sofa sleeper instead of 2 queen beds. Then they blamed me even though i had made a reservation. The rest will remain to be seen.

Love this hotel, so clean and everyone was friendly. The only issue I had was that the beds were not that comfortable, the springs were squeaky just sitting on it, and mattress was not soft, but even with that, I will still book a room with them.

My bathroom is disgusting! Front office says week nothing to do now until tomorrow? Really do I can’t use the bathroom until tomorrow? Not happy!

I loved that it was super close to downtown. The staff was attentive . I wish parking was included with the reservation. It was not mentioned that it wasn’t when I requested parking passes.
