利雅得會議和展覽中心的麗笙藍標飯店(Radisson Blu Hotel Riyadh Convention Exhibition)

Radisson Blu Hotel Riyadh Convention and Exhibition Center is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Riyadh. Its 25 minutes drive from King Khalid airport and one minute walk to the main exhibition entrance which is very convenient specially during the summer with more than 45c ambient temperature . The moment you reached the reception desk, you will be greeted with fresh Arabic Coffee and dates. Check in was surprisingly swift and smooth. I would like to thank Miss Joury for her cooperation and answering all our questions regarding the hotel facilities and the near by points of interest with a BIG smile. Room was spotless and elegantly decorated. There are plenty of free coffee and tea choices in the minibar. I appreciated the extra large bath towels and nice walk in shower with easy function shower mixer. The only drawback is the size of the bed is very narrow (twin bed room)

Very nice and kind staff! I arrived in early morning, thanks to consideration of the staff named Mr. Omar, I could do early check in. The hotel serves good breakfast as well.

Great place , beautiful and relaxing, the only 2 things they need to work on is the corridors were filled with left overs from the room service ordered , the other thing is the breakfast area it needs better distribution and the workers there be more professional Other than that it was one of the best places i saw in riyadh

Terrible welcome at the reception. A very unfriendly host (Mohammad) first tries to charge a 33% higher price for the booked room (executive suite with balcony, he tired to charge extra USD 400). We spent 15 minutes arguing, he tried to convince me that the taxes were not included (they were), called someone on the phone, and otherwise wasted time - but I stood firmly and demonstrated both the booking confirmation email (where the complete price split was seen) and the booking information in the app, where also the final price with the cost split was clearly indicated. Ultimately, I win and my credit card gets charged with the price which is shown on my original booking confirmation. After that, the host Mohammad manually crosses out (with a pen) the initially allocated suite number and changes it to another room, which comes with too tiny narrow beds instead of the, I quote my booking, “1 extra-large double bed”. The tiny standalone beds are so narrow that it is impossible to get a proper sleep, especially after a long-haul flight. And, we know, the comfy large size bed is the most important thing for proper rest after the busy working days. As a Radisson Blu Premium member, I often (if not always) enjoyed free upgrades to better rooms, so this is the first encounter in my 18 years with Radisson when I was actually downgraded. 👎🏻 Very impolite staff, no excuses, just blatant statements “our hotel is fully booked” - very unusual attitude for Radisson Blu standards. I will make sure my voice reaches Radisson management and they change this poor practice at Radisson Blu Riyadh Convention & Exhibition Center.

واحد من الفنادق الي سكنت بها في الرياض رغم التأخير في تسليمي الغرفة لاكثر من ساعة ونص وصلت الفندق 6 مساءً والدخل المفروض3 العصر ومع ذلك تم تسليمي الغرفة بعد ساعة ونص . تجربتي بعد ذلك كانت ممتازة في هذا الفندق، الغرفه حجمها جيد و جميلة، كانت الخدمة جيدة الموظفين محترمين ولطيفين والعامل في المغسلة ايضاً. لقد قدموا لنا ضيافة جميله. أنصح بزيارته لمن يبحث عن إقامة مريحة و جيدة ولكن عليه ان يضع فالاعتبار موضوع التأخير في الشيك ان( الدخول للغرفة). •لدي ملاحظة على التاخير بتسليم الغرف وبنفس الوقت وقت الخروج تم الاتصال علينا من قبل الموظفة لنخرج 12 وهذا غير منطقي نفس ماتم التأخير في تسليم الغرف يجيب ان يكون في مرونه في وقت الخروج واعطاء الزبون وقت وعدم مضياقته بكثرة الاتصالات.

الموقع ممتاز جداً .. قريب من السنتر و المجمعات - الطاقم متعاونين جداً والخدمات ممتازه.. الغرف ممتازه و مريحه و نظيفه جداً .. خدمه الإفطار ممتازه و بها أطباق متنوعه كثيره و لذيذه .. السعر مناسب لمستوي الفندق و خدماته
