特別好的酒店，離機場很近，還負責送去機場，服務也特別好。

離機場很近，隨叫隨到的去機場班車，即使半夜三點鐘。要搭早班飛機的上佳選擇。早飯結束得有點兒早，九點鐘就結束了，但是你可以問服務員要一些食品。其他類似於快捷酒店，房間有空調，還挺乾淨的，前台服務也不錯。有免費熱水、咖啡。

Staff was Polite but Clueless in How to operate a Hotel.
Had My Family's Reunion Members staying there.
Rooms weren't ready in checking. Rooms were servived. One Family Member's Door to Room malfunctioned. They were locked in. Fire Department was called. Management was not on site to issue a Refund.
Free Breakfast was lacking the Food and Quality. WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE.Very Upset and Disgusted!!.

I had to wait for a half hour at midnight to get someone to check me in. Even calling - no one assisted me. Even worse was when someone came finally- they didn’t even apologize. And actually made the mistake excuse that they normally don’t work this shift but saw me standing whixh is why he came in to help. I’m appalled at this whole experience after a late night flight. And would never recommend anyone stay here

Skip it. Booked through ******* yet this BW has billed our credit card 5x for a room paid on *******. Ten days later and the motel keeps saying they will credit our account but we get billed again.

The hotel room was dirty when we got there so I asked for a vacuum to clean the floor and they gave it to me instead of offering to do it for me, which I was ok doing. Just thought it was weird. The hotel looked like they just threw makeup in a pig.

The staff was very nice and prompt. The mattress was very old. I was looking forward to the early breakfast they served last time we stayed as I had an early flight. They changed the breakfast times to later due to the cost of everything now the desk staff told me. That was the only reason why I booked that hotel specifically.
