We have stayed at this hotel numerous times due to my husband’s appoin**ents at Mayo Clinic. Excellent facilities and staff. We are also grateful for the in-hotel food options after long days. The staff is truly amazing and understands that many of their guests are there during difficult and stressful times. We appreciate their kindness and compassion. Yes, we will continue to stay here during future visits. Thank you to all who work at this hotel.

The hotel entrance was very nice and inviting. The room was spacious with ropes to stretch, mat to do floor exercises that are presented on the T V screen. Free breakfast menu and free parking. Love my stay at EVEN Hotel. I will be back.d

Additional $15 fee to park in the lower level garage. Told the nearest free option was 5 blocks away. Room reserved for TWO, but only ONE breakfast voucher given. Check in person was rude, did not provide any explanation of charges including a $50 credit card deposit on top of the original charges. Room was filled with unnecessary workout equipment while not providing a microwave. Light switches and electrical made no sense. Had to turn in multiple switches to get one light to turn on. Water in shower took way too long to heat up and pressure was low. Soaps provided were empty or near empty. Ripped top cover and stain on bed sheet. No convenient hook to put towel on that could be reached from inside the shower- had to put towel on toilet seat or get out of shower to reach towel behind shower door.

We made a reservation one month ahead for Sat- Wed, then one week prior, added a Sat-Sun (one more day). On Sunday, we got locked out of our room multiple times even after explaining. They were telling us to leave, knocked on door multiple times until they found it. Very unprofessional and worst experience. Then, the manager stated she would 'do something for inconvenience (i never asked), and she never did. Would not return

I love the Even Hotel in Rochester! I stay here every time I have an appoin**ent at Mayo Clinic. It’s clean. It’s friendly. It’s comfortable and it’s located near the clinic.

We had hoped to stay at the EVEN Hotel in Rochester, but when we arrived there was literally not one parking space left. After checking in, we drove to the underground parking. People had parked in places that were not parking spaces and several times I had to back up for a long distance after finding no spot to park. We finally left the garage, I went back in and asked for my money back. My husband is in a wheelchair and it was just too much to deal with. When I told the desk attendant that there was no parking she said, "Let me go down and ask some of the employees to move their cars." I understand that downtown parking is difficult, but really? The employees had taken the spaces? Not a good experience.

Booked a room due to my Son having doctors appoin**ents for two Days at Mayo and didn’t want to Drive back home 2 hours than come back! Will say happy with my choice so clean, friendly!

Awesome hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Convenient location to Mayo Clinic with shuttle service thru out the day

Favorite place to stay in Rochester, excellent quality and service at an affordable nightly rate.
