Booked 2 double queen rooms and asked for one to be on the ground floor.. didnt recieve email that double queen rooms are only on the first level until the day of arrival, a phone call would have been better to notify me, he did exchange one for a king bed on ground floor. Got into rooms and there was no toasters, no irons, and no microwaves, we had an empty tissue box, a type of flying black ant/wasp dropping onto the bed though we couldnt see where they were coming from!, behind the door were spiders and cobwebs, took the kids to the pool and was horrified when we got in and started swimming around that there was and infestation of water bugs!! I killed as many as i could probs around 30 to 40! but they just kept appearing! Not happy paying $327.00 for absolute crap! First motel i stayed where u have to pay for your pool towels too $3.00 ea! Luckly i had my own so they missed out. Also our glass sliding door didnt lock and the security screen didnt look like it had been cleaned in years! Very unhappy wont be staying there again.

The stay here was disappointing. The restaurant listed is not open. The small fridge wasn't working and we were moved into another room. The beds were less than average and sagging. The free breakfast was not what we ordered and the bathroom was mouldy. This is not a resort of any sort and should change their name.

If you have a disabled room have a designated disable car park

This is not what I call a RESORT pictures will explain, plus NO CAMERAS OR GATES our car was broken into and items STOLEN due to lack of security. The stand in Managers had not a clue I was so angry, the room was nothing like a resort the only thing was the bathroom that even resembled a resort. Mirror was dirty, room dusty, cups gritty, had a microwave but no cutlery, no plates room was just depressing. Breakfast was terrible

The stay was in the accessibility room and although there were plenty of support bars in the bathroom area the quality of the floor tiles was ok until the floor got wet then became slippery. Also around the base of the shower area was a small ridge which had part of it missing and really shouldn't have had a ridge at all. The worst aspect was whenever it rained which was 4 out of 5 days the bathroom roof leaked, additional towels and a bucket was supplied but still not a satisfactory solution. The motel overall is relatively neat and tidy but could definitely do with an update

The location was great, but it was very noisy though as car doors and other guests doors are slammed regularly by other guests, either exiting their rooms or leaving in cars... as I was located on the ground floor, it just sounds like the doors are being slammed right next to me. Perhaps staying on top floors is better than ground floor. Was okay though. I stayed 4 nights, but the noise was definitely a turn off for me as I am a light sleeper.

The staff were welcoming. Asked for some cutlery that was brought up to us immediately. Very roomy accommodation with a couch for extra comfort. Extremely happy with this choice for our trip.
