Great view outside the hotel. Our room was clean and tidy. The receptionist was friendly and check in was smooth.

When checking in, the clerk was on speaker phone with someone, seemed to be a friend, and was more interested talking with them than checking me in.
The room did not have a microwave which was listed as an amenity.
When we stayed there ~6 weeks ago, there was a coffee maker and microwave in the room, but not this time. It was disappointing to not have those items.

The door security guard on the room door was broken. The deadbolt in the room door did not line up with the strike in the door frame (it looks like the door was replaced and the door frame wasn't modified for the replacement door). The temperature on the shower was difficult to control due to a worn out handle. Lighting at the bathroom sink area was inadequate. There were no drinking glasses or bathroom tissues in the room.

It is fair stay, fairly neat, can’t complain for the price point. They also provided a cute breakfast bag with snacks and banana. Coffee was great. If I’m in the area, I’d come back.

There were cockroaches in the room, with a nest under the fridge and the dresser. All the facilities worked great and I appreciated the convenience and affordability of my stay. No bed bugs! Clean sheets and room. Except the roaches.

Clean lobby. Grounds litter. Bad communications staff. Only had 2 towels one face cloth in 4 person room. Sheets were dirty and had ripped holes. No microwave or coffee
