The hotel is modern/renovated a century old building, narrow halls. The inside aesthetic is nice. Outside, it’s easy to miss the hotel as it’s just a door. The elevator is super slow and small, but again that’s because of how old the building is. Checking-in was easy and the only good part of our stay. We spent three nights and our room was only cleaned once, even though we wanted it clean each day. Garbage was not removed, sheets and towels not changed, no toilet paper and after 7pm there’s no reception to contact. There is an emergency number they provide but I believe that’s more for if you happen to get locked out of the building. Not all hotel keys worked. The receptionist said our room had a partial view of the Trevi Fountain, not the case. Maybe if you squint…Although it’s less than a minute walk, right down the street. The area is extremely busy with tourist and exceptionally hard to get transportation from and to. We tried on our own to get a cab and was unsuccessful as reception was also unable to book transportation for us.该地区非常吵闹,游客众多,表演者和附近的餐馆也很吵闹,通常要到凌晨1 点到2 点之后才会安静下来……你可以透过墙壁听到一切……又是一座非常古老的建築。 The location was walking distance to major sites but if you want comfort, cleanliness and amenities, stay somewhere else. First time staying in boutique hotel and definitely our last. We waited too long to book, was left with few option.
