Ottima posizione! Pulizia delle camere super! Consigliato per un weekend !

Hotel molto pulito e servizio molto buono. La posizione della struttura molto buona e con una vista buona. La colazione è molto ricca sia dolce che salato ed è molto buona. Tutto sommato è stata una buona permanenza in questa struttura.

Todo estaba muy bien. Lo único que aviso es que faltan cosas para la cocina (por si l quieres usar)

Bellissimo albergo situato a Trastevere, fronte fermata del pullman e molto vicino alla stazione dei treni.. colazione abbondante e variegata, sia dolce che salata..stanze grandi e dotate di tutto..personale alle receptionist molto gentile e cortese..il problema che il prezzo a notte inizia a lievitare troppo

Excellent service and wonderful breakfast. We did not have any other meals in the hotel. The location was perfect for us.

Where to start? I hadn’t seen my parents for 5 years and had arranged a trip to Italy for a reunion. Unfortunately, this hotel was the first destination. I have been travelling frequently for around 20 years, so I know what 1* and 5*hotels are like. The service here was utter garbage. I shall give 1 example only, though there were many. Upon arrival I asked reception for help, to be greeted rudely like I was interrupting something very important she had to do. She answered my question with an “obviously” remark….and actually, obviously, the information provided was incorrect. When I asked to help book a reservation, the complete attitude in which this was dealt with was unbelievable. Never have I experienced such rude staff at a hotel, regardless of * level. There was lack of hello’s and eye contact the entire time. Let me say something good about the hotel….the breakfast was nice. The rest of my stays in Italy were great, just a shame this started the trip off with a sour taste.

Comodo per chi deve rimanere in zona Trastevere perchè per spostarsi con i mezzi è difficile.

This hotel is terrible, we reserved a room for 4, for 3 nights, the room was in poor condition, there was mold everywhere, a strong smell of mold, we had to open the window because of it. bad smell, the walls all scratched, the floor dirty and broken, in the bathroom there was a lot of mold. The hotel staff was very rude and not friendly, we really had a bad experience in Rome, all the streets were very dirty, garbage everywhere. , don't stay at this hotel. This is not a 4 star Hotel maybe 1 star. Terrible .
