路易斯安那飯店(Hotel Louisiana)

Séjour convenable. La mise à disposition des clés de la chambre s'est bien déroulée malgré notre arrivée tardive. Par contre au contrario de la description de l'hôtel, personne ne parle anglais, français ou allemand comme indiqué. Bonne localisation de l'hotel, proche du centre et de la gare de Termini

Confesso che ero preoccupatissima dopo aver letto le recensioni non proprio benevole su questo hotel. Che dire? Mi sono trovata bene, la camera era comoda e pulita, il letto ottimo, il bagno completo di tutto, aria condizionata perfettamente posizionata e frigo in camera. Questa esperienza mi insegna che non bisogna dare troppa importanza alle recensioni, può essere stato un periodo ma posso assicurare che l'albergo è comodo e pulito.

Well you get what you pay for so beware! Website very deceiving as just a few rooms on the 4th floor of a building receptionist that greet us could not speak any English at all offered us the use of a toilet which was absolutely filthy! Room was basic we could not open the safe and with Reception not manned after 4pm no one to speak to , I left a message on the website - no response whatsoever ( I had no response to several emails I sent before the trip either) eventually was given a key to open the safe Shower and tail rail in the bathroom were not cleaned properly all the time we were there and were really quite dirty . Very reasonable price, but be prepared to get what you pay for . Good location a few nice restaurants nearby

Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità, sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. La camera è spaziosa e pulita. Spazioso anche il bagno, il phon è un vero phon. La zona è tranquilla e molto comoda per andare ovunque.

The hotel room was small and hot. No AC working. The shower was dirty and the shower head was rusted. To add onto that, the hot water did not work. We found cockroaches in the washroom as well as the closet and under the desk. I would not recommend

Great little hotel in a great part of town. My one critique, and I hesitate to call it that, is that the mattress was too firm for me. Everything else was great!

there was no working air conditioning, there was no hot water, the shower water was freezing cold, and it was the only temperature they had. Bed bugs everywhere.

No AC, no staff at check in, no lobby, dirty shower, mold, shower head dropped so had to crouch down to wash, safe didn’t work. We stayed one night then left.
