休閒飯店(Relax Inn)

Didn't like anything! Shabby place. Super poor! Noisy at 12:30AM called desk and was told to call 911!!! Really ! Horrible mgmt. Room needs a desparate TOTAL redo. Everything really old. Missing lite switch buttons. Terrible towels. This place has not seen an update in years. Chopped paint with 6 different colored coats of paint. This was once an EconoLodge and "Relax Inn" doesn't apply. New name needs to be the "No Sleep Inn". Should be removed from your hotel choices in Rome, NY until under new mgmt. and TOTAL tear down and rebuild is done.

This is a DSS prperty with tenants, hanging around outside. Very sketchy vibes. The furniture inside the room was stained and dirty or broken. Dusty holes in walls in need of several repairs walls are thin.

The fact it has more dss people and cops here then wake up with all of these little tiny bugs crawling all over i will never book there again this place is disgusting

It was truly unbelievable how dilapidated, dirty, and disgusting this motel was. From dodgy stains on the sheets and mattress protector, to broken furniture under the stairs, to non-working lights, we moved to a second room that wasn't much better. The floors were filthy, the bathroom tiles were breaking off at the edges, the electrical outlet box was coming out of the wall, and the sheets were clearly cheap consumer from Amazon, plus they were so heavily scented with detergent/softener that my skin started to itch within minutes. I guess I should be grateful they washed them recently? It's clear that this was formerly a budget motel that was never maintained when ownership changed. The manager didn't even care to be on premises when we checked out at 7:30 am. Honestly, a zoning inspector should take a second look at the place; it's a hazard.

Roaches on the table , the bed was covered in stains … it was very awful experience.

Many questionable stains and a few things were broken. (The curtains, lock on the door, and sprinkler system). If I wasn't so desperate for a place to stay I would have left immediately. Unfortunately every hotel was booked within a 20 mile radius

If there were less than one mark, I would leave that. If you want more marks look at their sheets. The hair, the blood stains from bed bugs. Look for the bedbugs. They’re there. We didn’t stay long enough to find out how many other things were wrong. It’s disgusting and then they had the nerve to not refund us anything even though we didn’t stay (literally there long enough to see the filth. Even the 7 year old in our party was crying because it was so awful (and there were a lot of us who booked rooms . Do not recommend them at all. They are individually owned and didn’t think it mattered what people have to say, but I assure you it is not a place you want to stay.

Nice over night stay... Exactly what I was looking for...

If you have no other option than to stay at the Relax Inn, reconsider. Smoky, dirty, dusty room, where not even the mirror above the sink was clean after the last guest who used it vigorously brushed their teeth. If we hadn't been riding across New York state on bicycles, and there was another room available within 50km, we would have left immediately. The door looked like it had been kicked in and shoddily repaired. We were also charged $5 per bike to bring our bikes into the already-filthy room (no other safe storage option was provided) while no other hotel on our 10 day trip
