羅馬快樂B＆B民宿(Feliz in Roma B&B)

我們在羅馬的這家飯店的住宿體驗非常棒！ !! 清潔、專業和友善。他們向我們推薦了很棒的餐廳和值得參觀的地方。客房隔音良好，佈置典雅原始，非常舒適。 建築物非常靠近羅馬競技場和最重要的古蹟，距離羅馬的購物街也不遠。 我絕對推薦這家民宿，下次去羅馬旅行時還會住這裡！

靠近歷史中心，位置很好。良好的服務和與業主的聯繫。缺點：淋浴間的水幾乎沒有排出，更像是洗澡而不是淋浴。我們忘記帶刮鬍刀了，儘管我們的行李箱還在，但清潔後刮鬍刀卻沒有歸還。早餐不合格。

非常漂亮的住宿加早餐酒店，位於安靜建築的二樓，距離羅馬競技場約四個街區，步行相對輕鬆即可到達萬神殿和特萊維噴泉。房間完美無瑕，有我們需要的一切。早餐可能需要一些水果和麥片或酸奶，但沒有什麼可抱怨的，因為幾個街區內至少有四個市場。費德里科（Federico）為我們提供了非常有幫助的指導。他總是可以透過簡訊聯繫。

Room and common area very clean. Pay attention to directions to access building and your living area (very easy). Room clean and comfortable. Common kitchen area nice also spotless. Find your taxi stands as safer than Romes Metro at peak travel times. The outside street condition which the owner can't control is quite dirty with trash.

I contacted the owner via texting and emails only. We never spoke or met. They seemed nice and responsive to arranging for transportation from the cruise ship to his BnB and then to the airport for departure. When we arrived, our rooms were still not serviced by the housekeeper despite advance communication of our arrival time. All the soiled/used beds, linens, and towels were still there from the previous occupants. We ended up leaving the property for a couple of hours to give the housekeeper time to clean up. The shower drain started backing up gradually with some odor by our 2nd day there. I informed the housekeeper. She appeared to understand and told me in Italian that she would take care of it. That night after returning from a long day of sightseeing, my 8 yo son took the first shower. But then the shower drain was completely clogged up and water backed up without even slow drainage. I tried texting the owner via whatsapp, but he did not respond till after I found a plunger under the kitchen sink. I tried for about 30 minutes to unclog the drain without success. Eventually, I was able to do so and my 2 daughters and I were able to finally take showers before bed. I did hear back from the owner with an apology. He also offered to take care of the city tax fees of 21 euros that I would have had to leave behind in cash upon our departure. The common kitchen was very basic with a small fridge containing milk and juice bottles. Breakfast was suboptimal.

This was a bed and breakfast near the colosseum. Great cafe next door. There are only a few rooms, and it was quiet. There is a kitchen with pastries and coffee. The elevator worked well. Walkable to the bus stop to train station.

This is an excellent place for those who like convenience, peace and quiet, and, at the same time, intense city experience. Feliz in Roma is located in a historic building with the character, renovated, sparkling clean, walking distance to many key Rome attractions, and 5 minutes from the touristic center - place of gathering for excursions groups. Our kids loved the cafe next door with the great pizza, opened at morning and lunch time. Federico was very helpful, patient and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place.

I don't think you'd find a better located stay at this price! The Colosseum is literally 12mins by foot. The street is full of restaurants and supermarkets. You have multiple options for public transport. Highly recommended.
