羅馬第一區飯店

這是個很漂亮的酒店。我在2009年的六月去了這裏。這個地方顯然不是羅馬最具歷史的地方,但它離羅馬圓形大劇場(Colosseum)、古羅馬廣場(Roman Forum)都非常近。 而且我發現這兒的交通真挺便利的,它離Manzoni地鐵站衹有幾步遠,想去羅馬特米尼(Termini)火車站或者是機場也都很容易。 酒店員工很有素養、友好而且得力,特別是那個叫Barbara的女員工。這裡有很好的熱歐式早餐可供選擇。 房間又舒適又乾淨,但是有點小,就像我在所有歐洲酒店裡發現的那樣。 就一個小提醒,在這附近你基本找不到一些比較有特點的餐館,但卻有很多的披薩餅店以及小吃店。但總體來說這還是一個不錯的選擇,我推薦這裏。

I did not have a chance to stay at this hotel, because they canceled my reservation the morning of my flight! I booked 3 weeks in advanced, a week before my stay, they sent a pre approval of total amount to my credit card, of course my bank denied this. I got notified and immediately called the bank to let it through. Then I personally called the hotel and stayed on the phone with someone while they sent the amount through until it got approved and he informed me that it was all in order. After that I can only speculate that he did not follow through by entering this information in their system or email me confirmation, because when I woke up to a cancelation notification on the day of my flight there I called the hotel 4 times and spoke to two different people that kept accusing me of not having the money to pay. They did not want to listen to my explanation, they did not want to take the time to speak to the guy that was working when I called and authorized the pre approval amount, they were rude and hung up on me! Besides that it is also very far from the city centre so be prepared to walk a lot or pay for taxis all the time.

這是我第二次入住Nerva Accomodation Cavour,我完全滿意。我們大約晚上9點到達,選擇了自助入住選項:通過WhatsApp提供的密碼進入酒店和房間,效果很好。房間非常乾淨,空調由遙控器控制。早餐供應工作人員,包括茶/咖啡和各種糕點和酸奶。其他房間可能會聽到一點噪音,但沒有令人不安。位置離 Termini站和競技場都不遠。

The Impero hotel in Rome is amazing. Whilst it isn’t the most glamorous or modern, the location is perfect for getting around the city. A short walk from the Metro, and all major sites can be walked to easily within 20-30 mins depending on how fast you walk. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a super selection of fruits, breads, cheeses and much more. The roof terrace is very relaxing to chill out and relax in. The hotel has a mini-market across the street, lots of restaurants and other shops nearby as well, the perfect place to base yourself in Rome.

This hotel is lovely and clean, the rooms are nice (although smaller than they look) and they were a good walking distance from the main attractions (around 15 mins to the colosseum and 25/30 mins to the very centre of the city) However, we returned to our room one day to find the door left open. Myself and my partner are always so careful with hotel rooms as we keep our valuables in them, so made sure to lock it and test it once closed. When I emailed the hotel to complain further about the issue as I was not happy with the response I received by the staff, I was essentially told it was our fault and that they tell the housekeeping staff to close the door when they leave a room. The only people who could have left it open were the staff because we did not return to our room until the evening when we found it unlocked. The level of customer service was absolutely shocking and I would not return due to this. Our safety nor our belongings’ safety was of any concern to the staff and that is unacceptable. Furthermore they would not take into account that this was their fault, whether it be the door that’s faulty or the staff had not been careful. I even sent photographs of how we found the door and was still met with the same response which was to blame us. This is not the customer service I would expect from a good quality hotel and it strongly suggests they do not care for their guests.

I chose this hotel based on many positive reviews from many platforms. And I experienced all of the positive reviews. And for the first time I would recommend hotel to my friends and families/relatives. The two rooms were the best : the view, size and amenities. To my surprise, the minibar provided as complimentary. Breakfast : the best breakfast I ever had after more than 30 years traveling for both leisures/family and business trips in Indonesia, Asia and Europe. On top of the buffet menus, we were offered breakfast that personalised for our needs/tastes. Now, two weeks after we left the hotel, my wife and daughter keep telling me about to comeback again to Rome just because this hotel …. All the staffs were helpful and almost excellent. Keep the good work guys, as this hotel’s experiences were the oasis in many disappointments about Rome. One small note : It was a little bit difficult for me to find this hotel, and taking up two large luggage up to the hotel lobby was a little struggle

我是老師,我們和一羣35名中學“活生兒”的學生一起去了,我們發現自己很好:舒適的位置Termini區,整整整整的房間,完整的早餐,充足的,每天更新禮和毛套,監控和維修服務總是及時可用;在出發之前,甚至地打印了船卡,我強烈建議你爲此類的經歷。

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. 酒店是一個古老修道院改建的，位於景區中心，出門300米之內就是圖拉真柱等各種古迹，到許願池羅馬斗獸場都是步行距離。酒店走的是小眾奢華路線，除了房間裏速溶咖啡略降檔次，冰箱裏備品一小瓶礦泉水2歐元，晚上有房間送餐服務，各種服務價格你把自己想成在迪士尼樂園中吃飯即可。但房間空調衹有製冷沒有制熱，因此4月停止供熱后很冷。
