羅馬西班牙廣場住宿飯店

My sister, brother-in-law, and I stayed at Hotel Manfredi in early November 2022 and we could not ask for more in a hotel. My hotel room was perfect, roomy, and comfortable; after a long day out, it was great to come ”home” (yes, I thought of it as my home in Rome). The breakfast, which we were lucky to enjoy a few mornings was delicious (it's not just a donut and coffee - I mean I am talking a full spread including eggs, tarts, cheeses, bacon, hash browns and more) so filling that we could skip lunch, which saved more money to spend on dinners. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. When my brother-in-law suddenly had a health issue, Roberta came to the room to make sure he was ok. He needed a doctor later and the hotel staff helped arranged for one to come to the hotel room! Made a scary time, less scary. This review is long over due. I will be returning to Rome soon, and I know Hotel Manfredi is where I want to stay. And did I mention that it is in a beautiful historic building? The wide elegant stairs are gorgeous and makes you think you are in another time. The hotel location is fantastic on Via Margutta, very near to where parts of a ”Roman Holiday” was filmed. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. I also enjoyed the Italian tradition of passeggiata after dinner every evening - I didn't gain one pound even though I was eating upwards of three gelatos a day, and a huge amount of pasta. You feel safe walking around the area because everything is still mostly open after dinner and lots of people are out strolling or eating again. The food in Rome is amazing, but I don't have to tell prospective travelers that!! Come to Rome and stay at the Hotel Manfredi! I will again soon.

Our stay was more then disappointing. We made our reservation through ***********, where we were enticed by images of opulent, spacious bedrooms. However, upon arrival, we were met with a room featuring dirty walls, broken electrical outlets, remnants of ongoing construction, unattractive and cheap decor, inadequate insulation, an unpleasant odor, and a small third bed that resembled a prison cell. We shelled out 700 euros for a two-night stay. On ***********, it was also advertised as including a ”delicious breakfast.” To our dismay, we were provided with vouchers for two different cafes, with no indication that this breakfast would not be served at Spagna Boutique itself. It's common sense that when you book a room with breakfast included, you expect a relaxed morning experience on-site. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of understanding and willingness to rectify the situation when we expressed our dissatisfaction. While they acknowledged our disappointment, they initially offered no concessions. It was only after a lengthy argument that they agreed to refund us for the breakfast. I am baffled by how this place can be labeled as ”Luxurious Suites.” Please refer to the attached pictures for a visual representation. Undoubtedly, the location was excellent. However, everything else fell short and was certainly not worth the money. It felt like a genuine scam!

A family run hotel with With very pleasant helpful staff. We had a room in the annexe which had a lovely large comfortable bed and pillows. Great location for sightseeing and within easy walking distance to a lot of them. Breakfast was plentiful with a huge choice. Highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

This hotel is amazing! Its wonderful location, the amazing staff, we loved it! Located down a little alley way a couple blocks from Spanish Steps and amazing shopping. Upon arrival, the staff could not have been more helpful. Offered us breakfast right away, ensured our room was ready and gave us a great lunch recommendation.

這是我三口之家第二次住在這裏,第一次是在六年前,所以我們顯然非常喜歡回來。位置無可比擬,靠近西班牙台階,許多不錯的餐館,步行即可到達許多其他城市景點。傢俱很迷人,如果繁忙,接待處通常很友好。大樓有很多老世界魅力,包括電梯,早餐吃的也夠用。酒店也老舊累了。“歷史性”並不意味着要跑下去,髒兮兮的。當一個人到達時,不清楚如何進入大樓,而另一家酒店則有明確的指示牌,可以去哪裏。我們的“三人間”房間有一張四張牀,這就要求桌子靠牆推,在房間裏走動更難,我們問的時候,他們告訴我們不能把牀拆掉或者換房間,桌子上還放了一塊口香糖–GROSS!清潔人員怎麼沒注意到!?早餐廳沒有空調或空調很少,當時羅馬的溫度在90年代中期至高點/接近40攝氏度。當我們選擇坐在與她想要的桌子不同的桌子旁時,早餐室的工作人員也變得不安用;有什麼關係?我們選了一張3的桌子!早餐的食物充其量也足夠了。通過9AM他們已經用完了純牛角麪包。“迷你吧”包括兩瓶水,唯一杯子是塑料的。有很多自命爲經典的藉口,但最終,酒店有責任做得更好,如果他們選擇這樣做的話,那麼酒店就會有很多小煩惱。我認爲這是一個非常便宜的地方,因此,儘管它將繼續保持房間的填充一般的服務。

位置太棒了，就在西班牙階梯的頂上，購物逛景點都非常方便。房間minibar裏的東西都是免費的。我們訂的是帶露台的房間，麪積不大，但很精緻。如果從機場過來，一定要提前聯繫酒店幫你訂車接機，接送機都是50歐；我們自己打的車要了我們65歐

What a wonderful little hotel in the madness of Rome. Was welcomed with such warmth from reception and arrived early but was told our room was ready which was a very pleasant surprise enabling us to start exploring the city. The rooms are lovely and big with a large wardrobe and desk, very comfortable bed and a very large bathroom. Breakfast was a great choice with a warm welcome from Adriana who was always genuinely interested on our plans for the day. All of the reception staff very extremely helpful on giving us recommendations for restaurants and bars. This hotel isn’t a boring corporate hotel but a genuine Roman family hotel and treats their guests with such warmth. It’s location is perfect so be able to walk to all of the major sights and has some great restaurants and gelato shops within seconds of the door.

酒店位置好評。但是酒店管理的某些事情處理方式很搞笑，有種意大利式的哭笑不得。入住第一晚由於從佛羅倫薩的到羅馬的高速出了事故，所以一直延遲到晚上11點才到。到了前台，接待小老頭告知我們是今天最後一位客人了，很貼心得為我們升級了房間，神神秘秘得拿出了一把能開啟電梯上看不到的隱藏樓層 - 6樓的小鑰匙。講句實話，到這裏我還是覺得很開心的，因為酒店有百年多的歷史，我們居然倍分配到“secret floor”我有點小激動，腦補了很多“這六樓已經到底發生過什麼的大戲”。但是到了房間打開們一看，居然比我定的superior suites小了一半，還不帶浴缸。於是打電話給前台核實，前台小老頭告知這間房間的確名字叫deluxe suites, 比superior要高級。我跟他討論了一下，為啥更高級的房間連兩個行李箱都攤不開，小老頭很無奈，說出了知今天已經全部客滿沒有房間了的實情，衹有明天才能換房間。ok,到此明白原來酒店衹是單純得把隱藏的6樓name as as deluxe suites.....但實際就是個classic room （翻白眼）。。。 classic 和superior的差價大概在人民幣1000左右，我第一時間打電話給攜程提出質疑和解決方案，同時也給看了房間照片，和訂單描述的差別（15平和35平的區別）攜程核實完還是那句話“酒店說已經為您升級過房間了” 又要翻一百個白眼。。。第二天酒店倒是給換了房間，但也不過是換成了我原本定的規格，因為在度蜜月中，也不想再折騰了。但對攜程的處理方案很失望。

酒店地理位置很好，前台人很nice。共在這個酒店住過兩次，第一次住了兩千多一晚的，這次住了五百多一晚的，入住房間都不在checkin的那棟樓。酒店隔音實在不好，隔壁說話可以聽的一清二楚。兩千多一晚的房間比五百多的房間廁所設施新一點其他沒什麼區別。定了兩次大牀房，都是兩個小牀拼在一起（入住時候沒發現）。這次五百多的房間有股很難以形容的怪味。
