羅馬的寵物友善飯店

我們大概11點左右到酒店，提前給安排了入住，簡直太驚喜了！酒店前台熱情友好，可以幫忙叫車。酒店出門右轉就是公交車站，有直達市中心的公交，前台可以幫忙訂公交車票。早餐自助，豐盛營養健康。美式咖啡真的很驚艷！總體來講好評，下次去羅馬還會選擇該酒店，對於不想住市中心的朋友是理想選擇。

我們必須延長假期一週，因為我的護照被偷，所以無法上渡輪。工作人員非常熱心，會說英文，而且竭力協助我們。此外，我們突然需要就醫，工作人員不僅幫我們找醫院，還幫忙打電話確定我們得到需要的照顧。酒吧的侍者很棒，如果你在下午五點過後點一杯飲料（8 歐元），就可以享用那裡供應的自助冷食，這還不錯。飲料的品質很好！飯店非常乾淨，自助式早餐的內容豐盛，當中有種類豐富的糕點、肉品、起司、麵包、餐包、優酪乳、水果、和各式咖啡及茶飲。

Οτι και να πούμε θα είναι λίγο , σε όλα άριστα. Τοποθεσία , δωμάτια προσωπικό. Οι παροχές του σε όλα υπερβολικά. Δεν σκέφτεσαι το κόστος ποτέ. Η ωφέλεια είναι πάντα μεγαλύτερη. Μπράβο σε όλα . Συνεχίστε έτσι

不愧是五星酒店，服務真是太棒了，牀品也很舒服。地理位置優越，就在西班牙台階頂上。因為定了六晚給免費升了帶小陽台的房間。一進房間驚喜連連，有歡迎水果還有一張寫好了印我名字的歡迎卡片（還是中英文雙語的）。打掃服務專業又乾淨。每天有免費的水和巧克力，還送了瓶紅酒。酒店六樓有米星的餐廳可惜這次沒去品嘗，臨走前去了他家一樓的餐廳，安格斯牛排超棒好吃不貴。總之就沖這樣的酒店值得再去一次羅馬。

We checked in early at night and immediately noticed some dark stains on the bed sheet and pillow cover. I contacted the reception and the lady said there was nothing she could do as that was a housekeeping matter. Later on, I noticed many little insects (little red spider-like insects that according to the front desk, come through the windows, which were all closed all the time) clustered in the room wall close to the ceiling. I went down to the reception and again the lady said there was nothing she could do as that was a housekeeping issue and they were fully booked for the night. Around 11 pm the lady showed up with a colleague and they vacuum the insects from the wall and assured the next day the room would be inspected and cleaned. In the next morning, the front desk assured me they had requested housekeeping to deep clean the room and change the bedsheets. We arrived back at the hotel at night to find the room uncleaned and the same stained bedsheets. Again, I went to the reception, and the same lady from the previous day said there was nothing she could do but managed to find some spare sheets so I could change the stained ones. The next day, housekeeping changed the sheets, again with dark spots on them and more spiders appeared in the room and the bed. I accidentally smashed one and it left a trail of blood on the sheet. Felt management didn't take seriously the issue with the insects. The room is very noisy and the neighborhood is very dirty. Don't recommend it. Don't recommend it. The bad experience ruined by birthday trip.

酒店不錯但是在我身上發生了非常非常恐怖的事情。我走的那天從前台結賬我用過的mini bar，然後前台問我是要回中國嗎？我說是的。然後我回國后的5個小時后收到了一條從我信用卡扣1503歐元的扣款……懂得人自然懂。就是前台拿我卡號去消費了。因為國外是有卡號有背麪安全碼直接消費的。我也不敢說一定是這個酒店。但是我腦海裏就一直縈繞着他問我Are you going back to China？我就覺得差不多是這個前台做的好事。該說的不順不該說的還是要說，大家以後在國外刷押金的時候，刷完不用記得鎖卡……溫馨⏰提醒……

This is not a luxury hotel by any means. However, for tourists who want to spend their time out site-seeing, this will meet your needs. It is in a good location, close to the train station, near the Hop-on/Hop-off bus, not far from the Trevi Fountain, close to restaurants, etc. The hotel is clean, with small rooms and a decent buffet breakfast (if you have that included). Wifi is good. The bed was comfortable. But there is only one small elevator. Hints: The hotel is on a major, noisy road, so ask for a room at the back where there is not much view, but quiet. Also, they are very skimpy on paper products (no kleenex, tiny rolls of TP) so you may want to bring your own.

We stayed here due to the close location to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay. The checkin was fast and we received a great upgrade. Our platinum perks were excellent. We received complimentary drinks at the beautiful lobby bar upon arrival (with complimentary snacks), executive lounge access for the evening (wine and beer and appetizers) and a lovely hot breakfast that included eggs, sausages, fruits, yogurts, meats and cheeses, breads, cereal etc. the lounge staff were outstanding. We really appreciated how hard Gabriele worked to ensure all guests received attention. He is so good at his job and so kind. The hotel itself is beautiful inside. Rooms are clean and large and comfortable. Bed was excellent. Best pillows we had on our trip. Loved the two bathrooms. The only down side was the spa and pool were not open. Had a great stay. Staff here are excellent.

五分鐘走到西班牙廣場，五分鐘走到人民廣場。住這裏出門就可以購物，樓下就有一家買手店，兩家非常好吃的西餐店。離酒店近的那家的披薩和油炸海鮮拼盤值得一點～酒店房卡細節做的很好，很有安全感，入住第一天酒店寫賀卡，送起泡酒。訂的是藝術套房，頂尖酒店有的這家都有～早餐簡單但是足夠了。Ps：附近有一家Dilla的西餐店一定一定要去吃，基本上沒意外會成為你們的羅馬美食之光。

整體來說還不錯的住宿。這是一個體面的標準大小的房間。浴室也是一個非常好的大小。最讓我印象深刻的是,從我入住的那一刻起,它是多麼乾淨,直到入住期間。他們每天打掃房間,剛入住的時候還留了一瓶水,很不錯。工作人員大部分都很好,很友好。早餐在我看來也蠻不錯的。種類挺多的,選擇也很棒。就位置而言,它並不可怕,但不是很好。步行13分鐘即可到達地鐵。然而,拐角處有一輛巴士,大約2個街區,它需要20-30分鐘才能進入鎮中心,所有主要站點。如果你想遠離旅遊景點和寧靜,那麼這個地方是完美的。該地區有一些餐館和酒吧,很好。我唯一失望的是,我有一個問題,我正在預訂餐廳。我要求工作人員看看他們是否可以聯繫餐廳,對我之前的預訂進行雙重檢查。我發送的電子郵件中沒有日期。似乎工作人員被請求打擾了。只是爲了記錄我通常自己處理這些問題,但這將是一個昂貴的電話,我的電話計劃。我想,自從他們在網站上說他們幫助這些類型的事情,我認爲這不是一個麻煩的請求。但這就是我從他們那裏得到的感覺。我也嘗試從房間打來電話,但他們不允許任何當地電話。除此之外,我不會讓這個小問題掩蓋我的住宿。我整體喜歡酒店。
