山谷飯店(Valley Hotel)

The owners of the hotel was very friendly and helpful on inquiries. The neighborhood is relatively safe and there are many places to go to eat. The room, though somewhat outdated, was also relatively clean. Not a bad choice for a short stay.

Sadly I can give only 2 stars. Positives- nice, quiet area with lots of dining options, shopping and easily accessible, good amount of parking available. Also very safe. Negatives- the room was exceptionally filthy. I don’t think it had been properly cleaned in years. The grime in bathroom was unbelievable. Dust everywhere and dirt under the sofa was unbelievable. Sadly I had to book it last minute, as our plans changed, And unfortunately, my daughter was ill and we couldn’t move to different property, otherwise we would have been out in minutes. Absolutely disgusting.

Spiders and roaches in room. Room, floor dirty. Rude woman cleaningbrooms, rude woman at front desk. Nice man, maybe the owner at check in. I dont recommendvthis place as its very expensive for having those problems.

lots of Asian stores around, Property has no cable TV and phone. Worst than a motel 6 type of hotel. Bed sheet smell old odor. Can hear other tenant pass by your outside hallway.

It was ok for a one night stay and wasn't in a bad area which is good. However immediately upon opening the door you were hit with a heavy cigarette smoke smell when it was posted on every door it was non smoking. I always check the beds before even sitting down and the mattress pads on one bed were super stained and there were numerous cigarette burn holes in the blankets.

The place was great I was a lil worried after reading a few past reviews I can't lie but I stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms and and both rooms were great and I will definitely be back soon
