Great hotel, recently refurbished with very comfortable beds, and unbeatable views of the beach and bay. A great swimming pool area, ideal for sunbathing but right next to the promenade and beach. We were half board. Best breakfast in Roses and the food had consistently good quality ingredients for breakfast and dinner. Watch out for the slow-cooked Argentinian beef, you'll be going back for more! It appears to be in a transition period with zero drinks or snacks available between 10am and 3 pm (there is no lunch service) The bar stays closed and there is not even a vending machine for hot or cold drinks. This doesn't badly affect your stay, there are cafes around - go to the Roses III next door. But it is strange not to be able to get a coffee.... Recommended, our new favourite in Roses

Great little hotel - in a great location opposite the Port of Roses and the Marina, at one end of a promenade, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. It has a pool - and the poolside area is spotlessly clean - as, indeed, is the whole hotel Rooms are comfortable, and all of them have a balcony, and at least a partial view of the sea. Our room was the cheapest available, and the view from the balcony was stunning. Breakfasts are excellent, catering for all tastes. The hotel is reasonably priced, and for a quick trip away, it was good value for money. Car parking at the hotel itself is highly restricted, but there are 'drop off' places for you to drop off your bags. There are two car parks within a minutes walk (over the road in front of the hotel, and over the road to the side) that are free to use.

The hotel needs some TLC desperately. Not sure what the refurb involved but it is very tired and dated . It is clean though and has a fab location. Food is very average. One thing which is really annoying is that they charge 10 euro for the sun beds by the beach whilst the pool(small and by a busy road) sun beds are free. No beach towels only at the pool and you can’t use these at the beach! Small things like this really annoy and the sun beds were not used at all so no income from these just creating annoyance. So easy and at little cost I would have given this hotel a better review so is it really worth it ? And parking is 17 euro a day! There is free parking nearby. So with a few changes and a little love , this hotel would get a fab review

This hotel is a Hidden Gem. The atmosphere is just lovely, with a very nice decor. The location is unbeatable, just in front of the sea, with astonishing views over the Gulf of Roses. You have a small beach just in front of the Hotel, which you can use, and also a Direct access to the ‘camí de ronda’, from where you can easily walk to the ‘Canyelles Petites’ beach and also to the ‘Almadrava’ beach, which is said to be the best beach in Roses. Their breakfast is lovely, you can fully enjoy not only the excellent food but also the breathtaking views. They have four restaurants. During our stay we enjoyed three of them, and all of them were high quality ones, first quality ingredients with an excellent Cooking. We came there by car, and their parking service is just amazing, fast and very convenient. In that area parking is always a problem, and the hotel solves it very well. What was more surprising for us was the high level of the service, without excepcion. They are all extremely kind, they really want to satisfy your needs, in an honest, warm and efficient manner. The Human Resources policy of this hotel is just best in class. Bedrooms are very comfortable. That’s a boutique hotel, with a Limited amount of rooms ( 34 we Guess). They offer an amazing experience.
