Customer services is acceptable but no kettle provided. Hair dryer is borrowed from reception. The room Wifi is not stable.

When I booked I didn't realize that EasyHotel was same group as EasyJet. Well, it is the same indeed. Bare minimum, profitability taking over quality, etc...
Room had not been thoroughly cleaned, only ONE power outlet available, it really felt like being in a prison cell.
I understand that the priority is going to price, but at this level of bareness, it actually becomes a problem.
Never again.

It used to good and "value for money".
It's simply to worn down, these days.
First room I was offered had a humid feel and mouldy smell.
Next room was better, but just seems to "not nice".
I have stayed here probably 5-6 times before, but I will stay somewhere else for my next trip to Rdam.

Irritant dat alles in het Engels wordt gevraagd.
Verder miste ik een paar glazen, een douchegordijn en stopcontacten op een juiste plek. Er waren 2 stopcontacten, 1 bij buitendeur en 1 op het bed. Waarom niet bij buro en badkamer. Ga wel vaker baar budget hotels maar de waren uitgebreider dan dit. Weet niet of ik nog terug kom.
Wel heel goed bed!!!!
