Everything was great! The only thing is I would have liked the dirty towels taken out everyday and the bed changed and made. We stayed 3 nights by that time we had a lot of wet towels and a very messy bed that I had to keep on fixing. I know all the hotels r doing it. I hope things change. Thank u!

This hotel was the perfect place for extended family to stay as we gathered together to celebrate the life of our mother/grandmother/great-grandmother. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast area was large and filled with so many delicious foods to accommodate all of the special dietary restrictions amongst our party. We've stayed in a lot of hotels and seen a lot of different breakfast spreads. This was - hands down - the best! The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. There were so many great amenities offered, too. Thank you for bringing some comfort to our family during this difficult time.

This hotel is fairly new….it’s absolutely perfect for an overnight or family vacation. It’s certainly at the top of all the Homewood suites we’ve ever stayed at. Across the street is the Saratoga Springs State park. Absolutely beautiful!!!

Nice courtyard with firepits, grills. relaxing atmosphere. Super clean rooms. Convenient. Accomodated family members in room across the hall.

To pay over $200 a night and not get maid service or even clean towels is totally ridiculous. I was there for 4 nights and no clean linen is a terribly over rated hotel. Sorry because I have stayed there before and love the hotel and it’s location.

I reserved a one-bedroom suite on *******. I arrived and they gave me a studio instead and wouldn't switch me due to being supposedly sold-out. They refused to give any money back or even extended check-out more than the usually-given one hour. They treated me as if I were lying about having reserved a one-bedroom. Indeed, ******* had somehow messed up and changed my reservation from the one-bedroom to the studio. And I had not received any confirmation from ******* that said what type of room it was in the first place.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed 1 night and received a free dinner and a very nice breakfast that included fresh fruit. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. We slept so well. We had a balcony with our room and watched the sunset over the state park which is directly across the street!
